  The dealership and the entire sales team are very knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to selecting the new car and the financing options. Dealership personnel gave ne the best upfront deal beating both the El Paso and Las Cruces Ford stores. I was very surprised and impressed that I get free maintenance with my new Maverick. I would highly recommend the Ruidoso Ford Store in Ruidoso NM.

  Had my oil changed at this dealership. They claim a rodent had chewed thru some wiring. I didn't see teeth marks that rodents do when chewing wires. This is the second time this has happened.

  I will start by making it clear I will do everything possible to make sure no one uses this Dealership. I thought it was just the people in the service department but it goes all the way to the owner. Eye brought my vehicle in for an inspection and an evaluation. Guess what it was never done. I was handed the keys and told everything was fine with my vehicle. On my way down from durango on a ski trip my front brakes went metal to metal. I had to fight with him to even agree that they should have done the inspection. Once it was obvious, they didn't even have the paperwork.They paid for the rotors. So I had a discount repair. In the process, I asked for another inspection and was told that the rear brakes needed to be done. And the rear rotor should be turned at some point or they recommended it. I was already out a lot of money.Because of them, not inspecting, and having to do an emergency brake job et cetera. I told them to wait on turn in the rotors, but do the break job. They did not do the rear brake job and said I needed to specify what bakess to do is why they did not do it. Then, why did you do the front brakes? So their logic doesn't even work. Bottom line, when I went to them to address it, I was told by juan the service manager that I wasn't specific. Marvin, who I actually respect, cause he came and told me they broke a part.And he fixed it told me the owner said there was nothing.They could do about that. When I reached out to the owner, he said he never said that. He listened to my story and gave me a discount.Which still is three hundred dollars higher than just the local shops to do my brake job. In no short words, he told me he didn't need my business to my face. I went in and told him to his face instead of over the phone that I will do everything.I can to make sure no one uses his service. This was among several other bad service and issues. The smug arrogant attitude in that back area where they do business for maintenance is unbelievable. This isn't just a rant. This is a project. I will make sure I do everything I can to publish about their horrible service. I can't imagine the lies et cetera from the salespeople.If if their service sucks this bad
