  Was on vacation in Ruidoso and thought I possibly had a knot on one of my tires. Called Ruidoso Ford to see if they could check my tires out. Service department said earliest they could check my tires would be in 4 Days. Needless to say I’ll never bother them again.

  I had an excellent car-buying experience. Everyone was friendly, professional, and courteous throughout the entire process.   Best Ford place I have ever been to. My van had starting problems. It was hard to figure out what was stopping the ignition from starting and they had to try fuses, pcm, battery, and all connections until they found it. They kept me updated, drove me home, and then told me it was under warranty. Thanks Ford Ruidoso.
