  This AutoZone has a semi-new store manager by the name of Daniel. What a breath of fresh air! Daniel went far above and beyond to help me get what I needed. The customer service and can do attitude in this AutoZone is amazing. I highly recommend this AutoZone. Thanks again, Daniel, for making my repairs much less stressful than they could have been. I would also like to mention Ivani (I hope I spelled that right) the young guy in the red shirt. Considering how young he was, I was really impressed with his abilities, professional demeanor and respect. He was really helpful and I believe he has a bright future! Thanks all at AutoZone.

  I was stuck in ruidoso! Went to AutoZone and Daniel the store manager was the most helpful and knowledgeable person! He had my parts as promised the next morning and was back on the road and headed back home!!! Very pleased

  Peace of mind came for me today. With many thanks to Daniel at the Ruidoso NM AutoZone. I live in Las Vegas NV, but my lady was in Ruidoso when I got a call at 7pm my time (8 there) that she was once again getting on the road except…. Her tire pressure reading in the car said one was low. I love this woman beyond words, but she doesn’t know how her car works or what any of that means (and doesn’t want to learn now). She was worried. I got her the address and sent her to AutoZone Ruidoso because I knew from the website they were still open. She was skeptical as to what they could do for her, but I told her. You must trust the ZONE. She arrived and went in where she met my peace of mind Named Daniel. He reassured her that all will be fine and grabbed a machine to test her tire air. 15 min later all her tires were filled, she was relaxed and on the road again as Willie would say. I can’t thank Daniel enough, and while I truly expect AutoZone to always be there when I need it, being there for her when I couldn’t be, made me appreciate them even more. They will always have my business and loyalty, because I know they always have my back. Thank you Daniel. Next time I am in Ruidoso, lunch is on me.

  Daniel, the store manager, was extremely helpful and very fast to help. I highly recommend whenever you need anything for your car start here first.

  I have always experienced really wonderful customer service with the AutoZone here In Ruidoso New Mexico. Today I went in because my horn on my 2016 Subaru Forrester was not working. I wasn’t sure how to identify which fuse I needed to replace. The manager Daniel was so very helpful! He came out to my car with me and showed me how to take the cover off under the hood of the car to locate the replacement fuses. I bought a new fuse and it didn’t work so he called a competitor here in Rio to see if they did relay fuse diagnostics.. They did not so he told me that he could order a replacement relay from the AutoZone in El Paso and then he would call me in a day or two when it came in. He told me when the replacement relay fuse came in that I could just drive back to that location in Rudo so when he would replace it for me. Daniel was absolutely wonderful and he spent as much time with me as if I had spent $200 on parts. He was so kind and so gracious. This gentleman is a wonderful manager, and a very trusting face to put on the company that I know you value customer service for. Thank you so very much! Gina House Ruidoso, New Mexico
