  I made a reservation for Wednesday 6/24/26 came in at 3:00pm at time of reservation. Was told that they did not have a car for me but they would have one by Friday. I am out here on a Business trip so I needed a car. I called customer service that same day so Wednesday 6/24/26 and explained everything. Customer service said they would locate a car for me and reach out by end of day it is now Saturday and I have not received a call or any information. I am now driving a u-haul as my rental at least they had a vehicle.

  I had a reservation for a vehicle. When I arrived to pick it up, I was told they did not have any cars available. The agent claimed to have tried to call me, but I don’t have any missed calls or voicemails. I was told they were overbooked by six cars. They also told me that they could get me a car on Monday. My reservation was for the previous Friday. I made the reservation because it was a good deal. Ironically, I was able to go back online and start the reservation process for another car but at $77 a day which was $33 more than the original. I was told they could get me a car on Monday when I check that rate again it was more than my original quoted rate.

  Even though my local Enterprise was busy and overwhelmed, the staff remained pleasant and professional. Highly recommend Enterprise in Roswell, NM (Main St).

  Guy was rude looked at my ID said I look prettier with long hair. Waiting almost an hour just to tell me prices then he was walking around while I was waiting on another employee to bring me back to work!! They are horrible there would not recommend
