  I had a great experience at AutoZone thanks to Cris. He was extremely helpful and took the time to make sure I got exactly what I needed for my car. He explained everything clearly and made the whole process quick and easy. It’s not every day you come across someone that genuinely cares about helping customers, but Cris definitely does. I really appreciate his help and would highly recommend going to him if you need assistance with your vehicle.

  Love coming to this store because the employees are amazing Joseph , Jordan and Chris always helping me when I have issues with my car they know exactly what to do autozone has the most amazing employees recommend them 100% great customer service very polite and friendly and always thanking you for shopping at autozone and when I walk in the store they make you feel welcome not like other places because you are a woman get disrespected right here you are treated with respect autozone is blessed to have such an amazing employees thank you for always helping me out with my issues all 3 of you guys are amazing thank you 🙏

  I needed a new battery for my truck. I was helped by Joseph and Jordan. They were awesome and very knowledgeable, they tested my battery, helped me find the one I needed, and put it in for me

  I would be absolutely embarrassed and livid if this was my store. I wish I had gone to O'Reillys, because I ended up there anyway for one thing I knew I needed. Stopped in today around 12:30 pm for a plethora of things that I was undecided on, so I was in the store for a while. When I walked in, there was a group of workers and (probably) a friend of theirs in there talking LOUD at the counter. Just being absolutely OBNOXIOUS while cussing their little hearts out like 3rd graders who just learned bad words. This went on the entire time I was in there. I wasn't once asked if I needed help finding anything or needed advice, but ended up spending over $150 on various things that I ended up researching myself while in the store on my phone. I spent a good hour in there at the very least. I would have simply refused help just because of how obnoxious and plainly irritable they were.
