  I recommend this Jiffy Lube. The service is always top notch and they treat you like a valued customer and never pressure you into getting anything your vehicle does not truely need. Never had a bad experience at this location.

  Ok so honestly it’s was alright at first but then an hr hit and I was wondering what was going on. Well they used the wrong fuel filter so someone left and came back with the correct one the did the oil changed while the other guy was gone. When it’s a diesel your supposed to fill the new filter up with fuel before cranking at the key well the didn’t so air got lodged in my cp3 pump and injectors well 2 more hrs go by and still same thing they are starting my truck it will rev out then die which isnt good on the injection system. I also have my 5 month old baby girl with me aswell we where there a total of 4.5hrs 5hrs. Just because non of the technicians knew anything about a diesel maintenance they didn’t even fill the oil filter before starting it the first time after ouil change. I will NEVER recommend yall to anyone!!!!!!!

  Never set my maintenance needed message back on my console so now i cant view the miles, time, temperature or anything else & left greasy hand prints all over the outside of my white car on BOTH doors

  Amazing! Checked everything for me and got me out before the time i told them I needed to leave. Very helpful and sweet gentlemen. Thank you guys! Also helped me pick out the coupons I needed when asked. Awesome service guys!

  wish i could give zero stars. went in for an oil change, expected the service was done properly but after driving my vehicle to and from Santa Fe I got an oil level low service light. I was forced to stop and buy oil for my vehicle on my way back to Albuquerque from Santa Fe. As I'm opening my hood I realize a hood strut is no longer attached to my car and my hood will not stay open without someone holding it. this was not a problem before going to Jiffy Lube. I contacted the manager and explained what had happened. He seemed extremely apologetic and understanding over the phone and offered to resolve the issue in person by bringing over my vehicle to check the oil levels, replace the strut and give me a refund for the improper oil change that was done. I agreed and the following day I drove 20mi and 27min away from my home to get this matter resolved. the manager was not at the shop as he stated he would be so I was forced to speak with another employee about the problems. although another employee overheard the manager stating he would do everything to fix it, the employee I was speaking to explains that he cannot refund me or fix the hood strut. they stated due to camera footage they have "evidence" that the oil change was done properly and nobody damaged the hood strut. This is frustrating after being told the matter would be resolved over the phone and driving back to the location for absolutely no reason. After putting the right amount of oil MYSELF the light for low oil has not come on and I've had no issues with my oil levels. I believe I am still owed a refund and fixed hood strut but I refuse to argue with incompetent employees who accuse me of lying and my car having "malfunctions" that never existed before bringing it to their business.
