  Such a great team! On a busy holiday weekend they were able to accommodate my reservation for a larger specialty vehicle. Jackson and the rest of the team were super professional and did an excellent job at getting my family taken care of. Looking forward to booking my next reservation with Rio Rancho Enterprise.

  For the most part, I have had great experiences here. (I've rented 5 different times, in the past 8 months) Now, twice they didn't have the vehicle (both times a 1/2 ton truck -Ford f150) available for me when I arrived. Reservation made days or weeks in advance - Told is was bald tire issues or something to that effect, both times This is where Great customer service comes in- This is why I still give this location a 5-star review. My latest and greatest situation was reconciled by Jackson, John and Ryan! Thanks to these gentlemen and their problem solving skills, I got the opened bed truck I needed and had reserved. I really appreciate that and their ability to work as a team to satisfy a loyal customer. Remember: "Never fall in love with Plan -A".

  Enterprise Rental Please pass along to Ryan C., for a Stellar Rental Experience.   We were exhausted from the stressors wife (with injury) and myself when someone ran a red light totaling our 2016 Toyota Prius Four Touring Sunday.  Even though your Branch was swamped Monday AM, Ryan, made the rental experience thorough, rapid, and easy to understand as well as and streamlined with USAA.   Explaining the midsize versus economy helped us to decide on the bigger vehicle a Hyundai Crossover that made us feel safer leaving the lot to take care of things and getting us behind the wheel in less than 15 minutes.  Please pass along Our Gratitude & Thank you to Ryan C. and Reward Ryan for a Stellar Job & Customer 1st Attitude made All the Difference, Thank you, Very Respectfully, Eddy & Sharon

  I am extremely disappointed and frustrated!!! We always rent cars from Enterprise and never had any issues. I reserved a car on May 30, 2026 for June 27th (almost a month in advance) and I was called a few hours before my pickup time and was told they didn’t have a vehicle for me. What kind of service is this?? When we called and spoke to them they said it was out of their control and that there were no Premium SUVs at any of the rental locations. They did not offer any kind of compensation or rebates or anything. They basically said we are out of luck. We were supposed to drive to Texas to pick up our Son who was serving in the US Army on deployment and he is getting back to find his parents will not be there to pick him up from the airport. I’ve been so upset crying all day. This is the worst possible scenario. Be careful when reserving and confirming a car rental because it may not be there the day you are supposed to pick it up.

  I want to express how much I am thankful for Branch Manager John and Ryan. They were not only helpful, friendly, kind, but also knowledgeable. I truly believe that if I didn't have their help, me and my family would have not only have very a difficult but undesirable outcome. They not only look out for their customers and employees, but also others on the road too. Everyone at this location was friendly also, even if I didn't get the chance to talk to them. I am very grateful that I have this location so close to me. I highly recommend not only this location, but their managers and employees too. Thank you John and Ryan for all your help with me and my family and also looking out for others safety too.
