  I live in Rio Rancho, so when I need a rental car (because my car is in the shop) this is the location I go to. In the past, I didn't always have the best experiences there. However, the current team is awesome! The branch manager and assistant branch manager are the sweetest, most helpful guys. My car (in the shop) took longer than expected and I had to keep moving out my turn-in date. Every time I called to change my turn-in date, one of them would answer, quickly and politely help me out and let me know to call if I need anything else. Then when I finally was able to drop off the rental, the branch manager was super helpful, and fast checking in my car and quickly set me up with a ride to the dealership to pick up my car from service. Sorry I didn't remember the branch manager and assistant manager's names (getting old sucks) but Keenan was the gentleman that drove me to the dealership. He was so sweet and we had a great conversation on our drive. It was a nice end to a otherwise stressful day (work stuff). I highly recommend this location. 10 stars!!

  Don't Rent from Enterprise! I've have tried to rent a vehicle from the Rio Rancho Enterprise twice. Once the reservation was placed through my insurance the next time I made the reservation through Costco. Both times they did NOT have a car for me to rent! They allowed the reservation to be placed without cars being available! They tried to tell me it was the third party I booked it throughs fault but that is not true because the other rental agencies didn't show up for me to select a vehicle, hey maybe they didn't have a vehicle in stock. I have never had this happen except with enterprise! I had this happen one other time and it was with enterprise also just a different location. I recommend people NOT RENTING From Enterprise!

  I cannot say enough great things about John, the Area Manager at Enterprise Rent-A-Car. From the moment he became involved, he was incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely committed to helping me through a difficult situation. While I was dealing with a challenging insurance adjuster and claims manager, John went above and beyond to make the rental process as smooth and stress-free as possible. He took the time to listen, treated me with respect, and made sure I was well taken care of every step of the way. His customer service, professionalism, and willingness to help truly stood out during a frustrating experience. It's rare to find someone who cares so much about their customers, and John's dedication made all the difference. I am extremely grateful for his assistance and highly recommend Enterprise, especially when you have people like John leading the team. Thank you, John, for your outstanding service and for turning a stressful situation into a much better experience.
