  Extremely disappointed with my experience at this Enterprise location. I had a confirmed reservation for a vehicle on Friday, only to arrive and be told they had no cars available for me. John Davis the "new" manager claimed they tried calling me but my number was “invalid,” yet when he read the number back, it was completely correct. I asked him to call it in front of me, and my phone rang immediately. Instead of taking responsibility, he blamed it on a “new employee” and said it would be used as a “training moment.” This is not the first time this location has failed to honor my reservation. Almost every time I rent here, there seems to be an issue with vehicle availability. I was then offered a van, which was unacceptable because I specifically reserved the type of vehicle I needed for my trip. After a lot of back and forth, the manager finally offered me a few alternative vehicles and a discount. Things got even worse during payment. Before even running my card, the manager warned me that if it declined twice, my account would be locked for 24 hours. I’ve rented with Enterprise for over 25 years and had never heard of such a policy. The card was then supposedly “declined,” even though there were plenty of funds available. I immediately called my bank while standing there, and the bank confirmed there was absolutely nothing wrong on their end. They even stayed on the phone while the manager attempted to run the card again. The manager then claimed it declined a second time and said my account was now locked. However, the bank representative informed me that Enterprise never actually submitted or processed any transaction attempt at all. In the end, after a long argument and a lot of excuses, the manager simply stated he was “not renting to me.” To make matters worse, the manager also commented that this location has a “special type of clientele,” which came across as extremely unprofessional and insulting. After being a loyal Enterprise customer for more than 25 years, this was by far the worst experience I have ever had. Reservations clearly mean nothing at this location, and the customer service was unacceptable from start to finish.

  From now on, this is the only place I will pick up a rental car in New Mexico. The staff is always friendly and efficient, the manager John is exceptional, and the cars always come clean and drive well. This place makes the often ridiculous process of renting a car a breeze. 6/5 ⭐️

  I love my local Enterprise rental. I was treated like a priority customer, the car was nice, and the people at that location were very accommodating. Thank you Enterprise!
