  Horrible customer service, especially form Christi the “redhead”. She followed me around a few times in “suspicion of theft” (I never stole from there nor wanted to.) she also left this poor boy alone at the front of the store leaving him with a line that reached to the bathrooms, comes back and says she’s “going on lunch” after being gone for 15 minutes already.. She’s horrible, needs to be removed immediately.

  It’s 7 AM in the morning and no coffee is ready. The store is a mess and the showers aren’t even cleaned. These employees are too comfortable. Maybe they have been here a long time and they’re all best friends or something, but do your job. It’s really not that hard. I’m sure there is somebody who would love to do it with a smile. if you started to pull all the coffee pots, why didn’t you finish it?

  I visited last night and was able to purchase a sandwich from Subway, along with some chips, cheese, and snacks from the Pilot gas station. The staff was generally friendly while I charged my vehicle. My experience was excellent; thank you very much, and may God bless you all.

  My husband received a letter in the mail 3 weeks ago. It was from TJ Assistant GM at Pilot in Moriarty. He explained that Pilot had my husbands lost wallet and if we wanted it back to text his cell number which he did, confirmed his identity and made plans to ship it back to him, which he also did. He sent us pictures of the contents so when we got it we could confirm everything was inside, including the money. Thank you so much TJ for doing this. God Bless You!

  I normally always get good portions when I buy from pilot or flying j but at this one oh my God barely took a little scoop of green beans and everything else I've never seen such a pitiful plate of food in my life and I've been driving semi trucks for over 13 years. I won't ever stop here again. I've noticed that a lot of pilots and flying J's customer service has been going downhill I don't know why you guys are penny pinching every little dime but not taking care of your drivers semi truck drivers are your customers what are you going to do when we quit coming and buying stuff out of your store what are you going to do when we quit buying diesel cuz your customer service is terrible it's plenty of truck stops. That right there one plate of food should have been dinner for one day I spent $30 on this does this look like $30 no it's not.
