  Not a great location. If you’re in the area just go up to Albuquerque.

  We were in a bind to rent a vehicle after our vehicle was at a collision repair shop. We were issued a claim number but couldn’t find a vehicle at any Enterprise location in the city of Albuquerque. For two days we called individual Enterprise locations early morning and in the afternoon, only to be told there was a shortage of vehicles. After much frustration on day three, we called Renee Gallegos, our insurance agent and explained our situation. Renee made a few phone calls and connected us with Jason at the Los Lunas location. He was so professional and assured us that he would do everything in his power to secure a vehicle the following day. Sure enough at 4:30 he had one vehicle waiting for us as we made the drive to Los Lunas. He was the only agent, among all the others we had contacted to call us. We drove through rush hour traffic and he even waited past closing time. Not many agents would go out of their way to accommodate clients like he did.

  The people that work here are amazing at there job! But the company needs to make sure they have at least 15 vehicles at all times, since they are serving Valencia county!

  Jason is the nicest and most friendly salesperson I've genuinely ever met. Fixes issues right away and super understanding. If I ever need a rental I will be coming to this location.

  Enterprise staff was helpful and the car was nice and comfortable. My car was covered by insurance so it was a smooth transaction.
