  The staff at Enterprise in Los Lunas were very professional and easy to work with. I will definitely rent a vehicle in the future from this facility.

  The vehicle was extremely clean, had everything I needed. The store clerk (Preston) was professional and kind. I had to extend a few times and enterprise was very accommodating.

  Dealing with Preston at the Los Lunas office was wonderful. He was easy to deal with, friendly and willing to go the extra mile to make us happy. Would definitely rent from there again.

  Had a very horrible experience I thought Enterprise would do a full check of their vehicle before renting it them out I had a blowout due to a plug placed in a tire with fix a flat and instead of enterprise properly fixing the tire they rented it out my family and I were stranded in the middle of the interstate for over 2 hours when I talk to Enterprise they said it was not their concern that I did not get roadside assistance there was no spare in the vehicle I documented everything and before I left Enterprise I asked about the damage on the vehicle prior to leaving and was told it was okay yeah it was the same side that I had the blow out we were two and a half hours late to my daughter's registration for Miss New Mexico contest having to pay late fee Enterprise did not care I was explaining to the guy at Enterprise if I were to get a flat iand not properly repair it and we're just to put plugs and another person were to rent the vehicle and they were traveling on the freeway and the tire exploded and caused a rollover accident who would be responsible and who would end up getting sued I was on the side of the interstate with my 10 year old and 16 year old with semis going 80 plus miles per hour had to call Highway Patrol to get escorted to the nearest safest place while waiting for a tow truck and still had to pay for the full service which I don't believe is right I believe I should have been discounted or fully reimbursed so people make sure to check your tires completely before leaving Enterprise yeah it was my stupidity for not completely checking everything I learned my lesson
