  I am giving this Enterprise location 3 stars instead of 1 star entirely because of the exceptional customer service from Tranquilino "TJ" Valencia and Gus. We arrived for an 11:30 AM reservation only to find out that despite multiple people showing up for scheduled pick-ups, the location only had one car available. It was Balloon Fiesta week, and Enterprise clearly overbooked their inventory, leaving many customers understandably upset and running late for appointments. TJ was initially going to put us in a Jeep that had just been returned, but luckily, they caught a nail in the tire during cleaning. Rather than throwing his hands up, TJ immediately got on the phone with the Albuquerque Airport location and other managers trying to scramble and get vehicles brought over to us. Meanwhile, more frustrated people with reservations continued to roll in. Working in customer service myself, I know exactly how hard it is to deal with irate clients. TJ handled an incredibly stressful situation with pure professionalism and true leadership. He was proactive, calling upcoming reservations to give them a heads-up, and remained calm and empathetic while dealing with everyone in the lobby. Gus, who was detailing the vehicles, also went out of his way to make sure we had water while we waited. This 3-star rating is a reflection of Enterprise's system failure to manage reservations, not the staff. If I could rate TJ and Gus separately, they would easily get 6 stars. Thank you both for making a very frustrating corporate failure much more manageable.

  I arrived the day I was supposed to pick up the car at 4:30 I was told the reservation was for 1:00 and I didn’t have a car. The reservation was for 5 days and they had no contact information for me. The guy said if somebody returned a car before 5:00 he could help me. Luckily a car came in before 5:00 I guess a miracle happened because suddenly he had all my contact information. I’ll try another company next time

  The staff at Enterprise in Los Lunas were very professional and easy to work with. I will definitely rent a vehicle in the future from this facility.

  The vehicle was extremely clean, had everything I needed. The store clerk (Preston) was professional and kind. I had to extend a few times and enterprise was very accommodating.
