  The sales lady was really helpful I was wondering if I was going to be able to solve my problem but she really help me a lot I will recommend the auto zone in los lunas on Main Street.

  I am handicapped the manager came out gave me the diagnosis and went in and purchased what I needed and brought it out to me I think that's pretty amazing customer service

  I had an excellent experience at AutoZone thanks to Dominic. I went in to ask about my car battery warranty, and he went above and beyond by offering to replace the battery for me. I was there with my littles, and it was over 103 degrees outside. He didn't hesitate for a second to lend a hand. Dominic was kind, professional, and genuinely cared about helping me. His outstanding customer service made a stressful situation so much easier. Thank you, Dominic, for going the extra mile—I truly appreciate it! 🤩

  I got a battery a few days ago and did not get offered any assistance from the employee as i am pregnant. I went back and the store manager Aiden made everything right and even assisted us with a better battery and 10/10 customer service. I appreciate a Manager who holds themselves to a high standard and goes above and beyond. Thank you again!!!

  Leaving this review regarding my experience on July 11 2026. I think it's important in case anyone else has had to pay for parts again under warranty because lack of knowledge from staff. Called store to get a price on a window regulator for a Ford F150. I was able to get a price and confirm stock for part at this store (located next to smiths on Main st.) When I arrived I was able to confirm part was on hand after I confirmed all details for my vehicle. While I was there, I recalled that I had changed that regulator a few years back and I purchased it with a lifetime warranty. I asked the service rep to please confirm if that part was under warranty. Both of us were looking at the screen I we both saw that the part was purchased a few years ago and listed under my Ford F150. The customer service rep told me the part numbers didnt match and possibly they no longer carry that part number therefore I was not entitled to the warranty. Seemed odd but I didnt want to keep asking so I purchased the new part. When I was trying to replace the regulator it was not the right fit. So, back to the store I go. I decided to visit the other auto zone across from Starbucks. The young gentlemen that helped me pulled the part number and found that it was indeed under warranty. He refunded me what I had paid for the wrong part and swapped out the old one under warranty for a new one. This extra trip could have been avoided and the almost extra expense if the first customer service rep would had asked for help from someone in the store that was more versed in the subject. As a former qualty coach it's very important that your staff get proper training to handle these situations and provide the best service possible. The system did show my part was under warranty but the rep decided to tell me that the part number was no longer valid and send me away with a wrong part instead of doing more research. I understand things can be overlooked, but going the extra mile can save the consumer some money on parts they purchased with lifetime warranties.
