- MMM M4 days ago1.0So this is not my first visit to this location I come here often and I seriously don't know why I bother and after what I witnessed this afternoon I won't be back!! So let me share and I hope corporate reaches out to me for this today I was in getting gas and a drink and I overheard a manager by the name of Nate raise his voice towards an employee about her having called HR on him even if that was the case the floor was not the time or place for that to be bought up in front of customers and was embarrassing not only for him but for her and the surrounding customers. Shame on him. Others times I have been to this location I have seen another manager on duty a female not sure what her name is but she has two small children with her always causing a ruckus making a mess and her employees are the ones stuck cleaning it up. I have also overheard a lot of your employees talking as they work which is great but the conversations they hold not so much. There are a lot sexual conversations being held in the workplace and I've never worked in a place where that was ok. Something needs to be done before your location loses all of its business like you have myself. Again I hope to hear from corporate cause this is a problem!!

Kiosks never work fueled almost $900 and the pump did not read my rewards card went to cashier to get fuel receipt and was told she didn't have the authority to put the points on my card so she radioed a manager whom didn't show so I left. Thank again Pilot. Always in a good mood until you stop at a Pilot.
