- SVShelby VallejosMar 23, 20241.0I would put zero stars but that’s not possible. I was unaware that you had to have a chip on your debit/credit card to rent a vehicle. That detail should be stated while you’re making the reservation online.. there was a group of people while I was there being denied rentals due to no chip on their debit cards. I find that to be ridiculous. Wasted my time and everyone else’s. Now I’ve gotta chance taking my own vehicle to my destination. Ive never had an issue with them until today as I have rented vehicles in the past through enterprise.
- CBCharles BurrellNov 24, 20211.0Enterprise's customer service has decreased tremendously over the last few years and it shows at this location. They will rent you beat up cars with mechanical issues and blame you for the dents and dings when you turn it in. Avoid Enterprise at all cost!

- MMMagdalena MarquezJun 27, 20191.0Reserved a vehicle online for our family trip. Employee called to confirm the reservation and left a message. When I would call back was never able to get someone to answer. Show up to pick up the vehicle only to find out they didn't have any available. Same way enterprise associate was calling to confirm reservation he could of advised they had no vehicles available. Associate was very rude and didnt care to help us get into a different vehicle. Called enterprise on valley to see if they had a vehicle and sure enough they did have one. Showed up to pick it up and to my surprise again they didnt have any available. Was told by associate that phone calls are redirected to call center and they always overbook. Once again they could care less that our reservation was cancelled. Horrible and rude. Always have better experience with Avis or Hertz.
