  Rented a car for a family trip but when returning it. The parking lot is so small and full. I got stuck and had to turn around to pulled onto the road so I went into a gate that had no sign that said I couldn’t enter and the girl told me “people aren’t aloud to park in here”. My mom told her we had to drop off a car and I just needed to turn around. She paused and then rolled her eyes and started mocking us to another girl right in front of me. They ended up letting me turn around in the gate but seeing all the reviews for kind staff isn’t what I experienced.

  This enterprise rental car has a excellent staff, The gentleman Dom was very helpful, patient with my questions and got me on the road right away.

  Completely unacceptable. Had a reservation with Enterprise set up through insurance, Enterprise called to confirm, I called back same afternoon, set up the time and confirmed the reservation. When I came to pick up today, the girl at the front desk was completely unprofessional, blamed me and said I must not have confirmed and they didn’t have my reservation. I showed her my call log with the 5 minute call and since I didn’t have the name of who I spoke to it was my fault. I was then told I could pay extra to get a car today, their shuttle had already picked me up and they didn’t have the type of car I reserved but I could pay extra to upgrade. Unacceptable, take some responsibility and do better.

  My experience was wonderful they took the time to take me where my car was being serviced.. very considerate to my situation and other customers.. Dominic is also a very good individual to work with.. hes a light and has great customer service skills..Thank yall so much.. jade and juju also helped me in Alamogordo, NM.. very kind individuals .. thank yall so much for giving me a wonderful experience and keeping in contact through my rental services.

  MEDIOCRE AND INCOMPETENT. Placed a reservation for a rental about 2 weeks ago and the morning OF picking up the rental-more specifically 2 HOURS before picking up the vehicle I received a call stating the location didn’t have any available cars and they would cancelling the reservation. It was a missed call so I was unable to really understand how this location operates business. But no other alternatives were given just “your reservation will be cancelled”. Are these employees just waking up and checking inventory the day of?? How are you unable to tell you won’t have vehicles returned? This is grossly incompetent. Las Cruces is growing and so does a business's customer service. GET BETTER. Forget trying to call the location for more info as they won’t pickup the phone. It seems as though actually getting a car here is sheer luck. I’m still waiting to hear back from Enterprise in general (after contacting the general customer service) about another vehicle and with the day halfway over I’m not sure I’ll be getting into another rental.
