  Routinely out of vehicles. I could put a reservation a month prior and still not have a car ready when I need it. Unreliable if you are traveling for work as you cannot depend on them to have a car for you when you need it. Staff is ok, there is one person in particular that is not very good. No discounts offered or upgrades if they can’t make your reservation. Either corporate needs to step in and see how they can improve this or they need to open up another rental location….maybe with a different company tho. Unfortunately one of maybe two locations in this area that can rent a car…so you are at their mercy

  This trip was last minute and plans changed a few times throughout. Dominic, DK, and Joseph were all respectful and helpful from start to finish. While I was dealing with plan changes at the last minute, they were flexible and accommodating and made things a lot easier for me. I should mention this was all while they were very busy at the location. Only once was I put directly on hold without someone answering first, but buckle up, that short message on repeat will forever be burned into your memory. While there was a misunderstanding at the location I dropped off at, Joseph called to explain the situation and had it all taken care of. Definitely a good experience!

  This place is pure chaos. No organization, no processes in place, my reservations was for 7:30 its 9:13 and still waiting to get my vehicle. When I call no one answers the phone. While im in store standing in front of the customer service rep and will take call after call before acknowledging a person standing in front of them. Running late for my travel time thanks to there unorganized chaos. Whats the point of making a reservation to still be waiting.

  It was a fast and smooth process. Taking advantage of the online process was the best choice. Everything was explained, and I was ready with all the necessary documentation if needed.

  This enterprise doesn’t respect times and reservations so don’t waste your time doing any of them just show up and they’ll rent you somebody elses rental car, and they’ll use big words like “nothing we can do for you” or “go to the El Paso airport”
