I had a very bad experience several times with one particular person supposed to be a manager. Her name was juju and she was very rude and condescending. She treated me like I was stupid and she made me feel like I was dirt.

Employees can be friendly but get lazy and don’t document existing damage on the walk around, they may even tell you not to worry about it because you got the limited damage waiver. Make sure you always take pictures of all existing damage inside and out, odometer, and fuel level before you sign off and drive away. Snap another picture of the odometer and fuel level when you return. Keep these photos in an album for at least a year, because some companies wait months to try to screw you over. Saved my butt at this location when the return agent tried to get me for some dents that were not my fault. Showed him the photos I took at pickup and that was the end of it. It’s stress you don’t need and easy protection for you that takes less than 5 minutes. The key is to be thorough and do it before you sign off so your picture time stamps match the contracts pickup time. Good luck.
