  Supposebly fixed my water heater, still doesnt work. Didnt check on it for a couple days after repair. When i checked the propane, water heater was on and there was obviously no water hooked up because i wasnt going to use it soon! Also i have two fresh water tanks. The 1 1/4" plastic hose was leaking between the tanks. Bogarts wanted 200+ to change a fully exposed 18" plastic hose! I told them i would do it myself! 8 bucks on ebay!!!! Its been several months since Bogart's worked on my rv so i know i have no recourse, but i will never take anything to them again and i will tell anyone who will listen not to!!!!!!!!

  April was awesome. She spent extra time and made extra effort to help me find the correct wiper blades for my RV. I highly recommend Bogart's for their excellent and friendly customer service.

  Came back to edit, much after my second visit. Everything below is true, and my second repair was quite adequate. Owner seems - moody? I asked if I could get something from my van while in repair, and he said someone would need to be with me - fine. Then I needed something else. I saw the repair guy there, so I went into it again. Owner berated me for a good five minutes because he didn't walk me out. Before I left I apologize, and said I thought since the tech was there it was okay. He starts going off again - not quite yelling but close. Could've just been a bad day, I guess, but seemed pretty out there... Original: I guess if I had the option I'd rate 4.9, only because sometimes when I have called, they're scheduling weeks out, but that's during peak RV season, and because they are good!! Twice now these folks have bailed me out on short notice. The first time was something really simple, but it was a weekend, and I was on my way out of town. They took care of me super quick. Today, on a Friday(!), my water pump died. They got me in within a couple hours, and fixed it (in a tight space and with a couple other complications) within another couple hours. Rates are a little less than the big chains in the area. Thank you, Bogart's!!

  I have been using Bogart's for RV service for years. They are an excellent shop. They do great work in a timely fashion. As a result, they are getting busier. Chad handles the customer interface and couldn't do a better job.
