  Got here on time and no one was here. Tried to call but the number just goes into a feedback loop sine the person isn’t here to begin with. There were other customers waiting. Very unprofessional.

  Awesome experience. Very helpful staff and willing to accommodate me as my rental need was a weekly extending situation. Stephanie Burris takes care of her customers.

  Great business overall and worked great with my insurance for a rental. But one star was lost due to the quality of the vehicle they gave me. And the other star was lost because the lady working there has a big attitude. It was the end of the day when I called them so she probably had some frustration built up but still no reason to make assumptions lol
