    Rented a car was broke down the entire trip never got to go to the funeral and it cost $700 and $500 in gas and they didn’t never bring me another vehicle that left me sitting in the middle of an interstate in Fort Fort Worth

    As a professional pilot that constantly travels, both a Hertz Presidential and an Enterprise Platinum member, this was by far the worst rental car experience I have ever had. I arrived at the Hobbs Airport on Friday evening at 9:00 for my 9:30 PM reservation. By 9:20 PM I was already on the phone with Enterprise customer support because the rental counter was closed, despite the posted office hours indicating it should have been open. I had arrived on time, yet there was no employee, no note, no phone call, and no explanation. Hobbs has extremely limited transportation options, so I was effectively stranded at the airport through no fault of my own. I called Enterprise support multiple times, escalated the issue to management, and was ultimately told I would have to wait for someone to respond—possibly not until Monday. Enterprise and Airport cleaning staff came and went, and I even checked the other Enterprise location where the cleaners were nice but of no help, there was simply no assistance available. I ended up spending nearly 10 hours waiting overnight without access to transportation, food, or any meaningful assistance. I was traveling with both a coworker and my minor daughter, making the situation even more concerning from a safety standpoint. When an employee finally arrived the following morning at 9am, I accepted a vehicle so we could continue our trip. What disappointed me most was that there was no apology, no acknowledgment that the reservation had been missed, no explanation, and no indication that anyone recognized how serious the situation had been. It was treated as though nothing unusual had happened. This experience not only damaged my confidence in this Enterprise location, but it also negatively affected my impression of Hobbs Municipal Airport, even though the airport itself was not responsible for what occurred. I sincerely hope Enterprise's corporate leadership reviews how this location is being managed. Customers who make reservations during posted business hours should reasonably expect the office to be open and staffed. Being left stranded overnight without communication or assistance falls far short of the level of customer service I have come to expect from Enterprise. I hope no other traveler has to experience what my family and I did. When traveling to Hobbs plan for problems as this location is not dependable, they have no Uber, or reliable/reasonable Taxi service

    I’ve been renting cars from different companies, and even Enterprise, for years—basically all my adult life. But this location really stood out. The car was spotless, in perfect condition, and everything was handled so efficiently. The entire team was so welcoming, from start to finish, but I especially want to recognize Stephanie Burris. She was the one who checked me out, and she was absolutely amazing—so polite, attentive, and incredibly accommodating. There was just a special, welcoming atmosphere at this location that set it apart. I can’t recommend them enough!

    It was a last minute thing I needed a car went in for my reservation at first I was discouraged but in the end t h ey helped me out and I was able to get a car thanks ro the ladies in the office!!

    This enterprise car rental location was the best one I’ve ever been to. They were so helpful and were easily able to help me swap out my minivan for a truck while I was in town for work. Kyla was amazing and addressed all my questions also going above and beyond to make sure I was good. I prefer this location over any other in the West!
