While I had a terrible experience with Roadside Assistance this location made it right! I have rented or returned at the Gallup location several times and I am always met with exceptional customer service. The vehicles are clean, full of fuel, and the girls working the front take the time to listen.

After the monsoon floods of 2026 I found myself having to use enterprise while waiting for my vehicle to be repaired. I must admit the reviews had me a bit hesitant of what my experience would be like. Well I'm here to tell you that for a small town rental center I saw a sizable inventory of sedans, trucks, vans & crossovers (honda civic, ford f150, chevy trax ect). Kassandra and her staff was very friendly and helpful, they even let me exchange car last minute for a model more along my taste to drive. They were very understanding of insurance Co waiting til last day to extend rental period while waiting for vehicle to be inspected.

Worst rental experience – ruined our vacation plans! We rented a vehicle from Enterprise for a road trip. While driving from Denver towards Las Vegas, the tire kept losing air pressure. We barely made it to Gallup, NM, and went straight to the Enterprise branch early in the morning hoping for a quick vehicle swap so we wouldn't miss our planned visit to the Grand Canyon. Instead of replacing the vehicle, they sent us to a local Goodyear repair shop where we were forced to waste over 5 hours in the heat waiting for a simple tire service. The shop was extremely slow, and because of this massive delay, our entire day was ruined, and we completely missed seeing the Grand Canyon and Hoover Dam. A tiny $60 credit doesn't even begin to make up for a lost day of vacation and terrible customer support. Extremely disappointed with how Enterprise handled an emergency for a traveling family.
