  Worst rental experience – ruined our vacation plans! ​We rented a vehicle from Enterprise for a road trip. While driving from Denver towards Las Vegas, the tire kept losing air pressure. We barely made it to Gallup, NM, and went straight to the Enterprise branch early in the morning hoping for a quick vehicle swap so we wouldn't miss our planned visit to the Grand Canyon. ​Instead of replacing the vehicle, they sent us to a local Goodyear repair shop where we were forced to waste over 5 hours in the heat waiting for a simple tire service. The shop was extremely slow, and because of this massive delay, our entire day was ruined, and we completely missed seeing the Grand Canyon and Hoover Dam. A tiny $60 credit doesn't even begin to make up for a lost day of vacation and terrible customer support. Extremely disappointed with how Enterprise handled an emergency for a traveling family.

  Wonderful service but I really don't understand why enterprises have such tiny parking lots makes it really hard for them to store all of the vehicles and for your vehicle to be there so that way you can get your new rent a vehicle but absolute wonderful service very helpful and very kind

  Staff was friendly ans welcoming, explained everything in detail and the good thing was We didn't have to wait around. No complaints 😊
