I had a great experience at Champion Ford! John Ramero went above and beyond to help me find exactly the truck I was looking for. He was professional, helpful, patient, and made the entire process easy from start to finish. A big thank you to John and the entire Champion Ford team for the excellent customer service and for making the buying experience smooth and stress-free. I’m very happy with my new truck and would definitely recommend John Ramero and Champion Ford to anyone looking for their next vehicle!

If I was able to select no stars, I would give this company no stars for their customer service and their service department. My family has experienced very horrible customer service from the service department, and the customer relations portion of the company. No follow ups on vehicle repair, no status report on the parts being delivered, The middle person Britney Begay does not communicate to the customers of the status of the vehicle repairs. We have to call if not go in personally to get a status report, And to deal with her and her rude attitude really makes us not want to even follow up on our vehicle. And I just called and talked to a lady on the phone and I asked for Britney‘s manager and she didn’t even know who the service manager was but it sounded like she was covering up for that manager. I would strongly advise to go to another dealership and also not to buy a Ford vehicle, The vehicle ford produces generally are undependable and unreliable. To compare with Rico Motors, Rico motor company is 1000 times better with customer service and their service department. Do better, especially if you’re serving your own people Britney.

Shady/Fraud business will sign the paperwork for you without you knowing you got into a vehicle. Then the bank capital one calls you for an interview and you need to explain that all you did is an application I never even sign the contract for the car so be careful buyer’s where you are applying for vehicles I don’t recommend this place not for buying or there service going to file a report.
