- NWNelbert WhiteMay 12, 20261.0I bought a few parts from this store . A blet and pulley . They sold me the wrong belt . The belt started squealing after a month . I went to O'Reilly parts to buy another belt to see if brands mattered, squealing went away . The belt was the wrong size. Confirmed and verified by another autozone store where I tried to return it for refund due to that it was the wrong belt . I return to the original store east of gallup where i bought the belt . To see if i can cant a credit towards a part or a full refund due thrm sell8ng me the part , its their mistake!. But they wanted the box that came with the part . Ok ..so who keeps a box for a part that is warrantied for 3years ? Very incompetent and zero piss poor customer service. Never trust this store. Employees no nothing about parts ..negative stars times 10
