- TPTiffany Paige4 days ago1.0I didn’t use their services because they refused to install the used tires I brought in, they could’ve explained the process to me before I drove down for heavy wheels and tires to their location. At which point the guy rudely toss the tires around the back of my vehicle, then told me that he didn’t think the tires were usable, looked at my current tires, yelled damn, and started laughing and then asked for somebody else to look at the used tires. At which point they told me that due to DOT regulations, they couldn’t put those tires on my car even though the used tires were in much better condition than the current extremely dangerous tires I had on the vehicle. The only reason I write a bad review is because I thought the staff was rude about it and didn’t handle the tires with care in the back of my luxury SUV.

Only one was fixed but he told me both where fixed and he was not charging for one of em cuz it was my first time there. Which I thought was nice til I woke up the next morning with a flat front driver tire. I also asked an employee about the pricing of a set of rims i liked and his exact words where "i have no idea " ! He left it at that and walked out with attitude. I was not very impressed with the customer service or upselling of your products. I will purchase my rims Elsewhere . Not a happy customer 😒
