- ADAlex Delgado3 days ago1.0I told them I had a nail in front and back on passenger side of my tires . Only one was fixed but he told me both where fixed and he was not charging for one of em cuz it was my first time there. Which I thought was nice til I woke up the next morning with a flat front driver tire. I also asked an employee about the pricing of a set of rims i liked and his exact words where "i have no idea " ! He left it at that and walked out with attitude. I was not very impressed with the customer service or upselling of your products. I will purchase my rims Elsewhere . Not a happy customer 😒

I'm so used to being presented with things i don't need on my car, it was a welcome relief to meet someone who told me exactly what was wrong with my car and how much it would be . No added gimmicks. I even asked to see the problem myself. The guys here were very nice about my whole service experience, very rare indeed. I will definitely be using Gills Point S again.
