  This location does not have after hours drop off. The only flights leaving out of here is at 5:40am. You need this information to plan accordingly.

  Rented a car and was told I'd get an suv but ended up with a car and it was dirty. So I cleaned it myself.

  If I could give a zero I would. I checked in with your Farmington location for 3 weeks regarding a bigger van. I was told over and over it would be ready. The day before our rental it was being serviced. The day of our rental they had nothing for us. I requested the manager to call me Who I was told was John Martinez. He has yet to call me! The girl at the office Hilarie was rude and not good with customers. We ended up having to rent 2 vehicles because it was so last minute to make a new reservation somewhere else. I had to pay parking for 2 vehicles and gas for 2 vehicles which was allot. E we returned the vehicles days earlier and were told by Hilarie to do so by 9 so we wouldn’t be charged for the vehicles day charge. We were there and in line at 830 to return. But they still charged for the full days. When I went back in Hilarie said only a manager can fix the bill! They said they text John Martinez & he would be returning my call. But he hasn’t! Poor customer service.

  2 weeks later and no call or reason as to why my $300 deposit still hasn't been returned. No one answers when called nothing.

  I tried to support Enterprise rental company Because it’s a family owned business,,, Third year in a row I’ve rented from Enterprise in Farmington, New Mexico… Third year in a row, the vehicle was just over the top… This year’s replacement for the medium size a small SUV I reserve two months in advance… Turned into a 15 passenger diesel van with a profile of Just under 10 feet… Terrible blind spots And a suspension that rode like a 1903 covered wagon. Granted, it’s the only vehicle they had and of course we’ll take it, but you would think with a two month in advance reservation and a specific need of taking care of a 90 year Gentlemen ( my dad ) There would’ve been a better choice… I will continue to rent from Enterprise and other town locations, but I’m done trying to make it work In Farmington, New Mexico. I’m sure they don’t need my business
