  This gas station is in urgent need of intervention. The facility shows clear signs of severe neglect, including visible mold, pest infestations (rats, roaches, and maggots), and expired merchandise still being sold. The restrooms are unsanitary to the point of being unusable. The exterior atmosphere is uncomfortable due to frequent loitering, and the staff demonstrates a concerning lack of professionalism, which appears to stem from ineffective management. Overall, this establishment fails to meet even the most basic standards of cleanliness, safety, and customer service. You're better off going to Maverick or Petro.

  One9 under construction…. not much stuffs inside … restroom are okey but needs more attention… dirt yards for truck parking…Indian restaurant inside but been to too many over the rd and they always lie//cheat//over priced so no more …tacos around are better atleast they are honest.

  Probably the worst One9 truck stop I’ve ever been to. The toilet seat in the shower room was broken, the sink was broken, and the soap dispenser was completely empty and dried out. Nobody even bothered to refill it. You also have to walk up steps to get to the shower area, which makes it even more inconvenient. For a truck stop that serves professional drivers, this level of maintenance is unacceptable. The facilities are poorly maintained and neglected. One9 really needs to inspect this location and get these basic problems fixed. Definitely one of the worst One9 locations I’ve visited.

  The place does have an old feel and look to it. Something of an old hick town truckstop. There are showers here, but you have to come inside and use your Pilot app for shower power.

  Just attempted to purchase 4 items inside, ALL 4 rang up incorrectly. When I pointed this out I was told I’m wrong. I pointed to the signs on the cooler doors, young man said those don’t matter the prices have changed… That is NOT how that works, dumb kid didn’t care… ZERO chance you’ll ever get another nickel out of my pocket!
