  Half the time the actual drive through car wash has all of the running features as advertised; for example I paid for a premium wash and as I was going through it, I noticed I only got a basic plus(I know the difference as I’ve been coming here for quite some time )The other half you’re basically just getting their lowest level wash even if you paid for premium. Some of the guys seem to have pretty bad attitudes, but the women are always really nice and helpful. Don’t expect the grill of your car to be cleaned very well Whatsoever as the pre-wash is very lackadaisical, and the wash itself is pretty Weak .Half the time the vacuums work, And the other half the vacuums are not working. There’s never any spray bottles or microfibers and again the bad attitude show up when you try to ask for help or assistance with the services that are broken or not being used properly. When you drive up, they make it unnecessarily hard for you to just pay for a car wash and drive-through, you have to sit there and wait for them to walk out to you from the office and then the guys don’t even say good morning or hello before just rambling some numbers that you don’t even know their meaning. Had significant troubles with their membership plans as well and the RFID, but I put that more on corporate.

  This place is absolutely terrible. I waited in line just to get up to the payment machine and find out it wouldn’t even work for a single car wash. Then an employee came out and basically told me, “Yeah, the machine doesn’t work, so we have to come out and process each car manually.” He said they can’t even put up a sign to warn people because they also have to go prep cars for the wash, so customers just sit there waiting until someone eventually comes out to handle a few cars at a time. And then, to make it worse, the employee flat-out told me this is one of the worst car washes in town because it doesn’t even clean your car. He wasn’t wrong. When my car came through, there was still stuff all over the side of it. So after paying and waiting through that mess, I pulled around to use the “free vacuums.” I could hear them running, but the vacuums on the front side weren’t working at all. I had to drive around until I found the only area where any of them were actually working, and even then, it looked like only two or three vacuum stalls were usable out of all the stalls there. I was told they’re basically always down. I do not recommend this place. Ownership needs to fix the payment machines, add Apple Pay and tap-to-pay, keep the vacuums working and clean, and have someone outside drying cars like other car washes do. The entire operation feels broken, poorly managed, and not worth the money.

  When Emily(I'm hoping I'm spelling that right) is at the begging of the wash tunnel she always takes her time to get the bug guts off my bumpers and is very detailed oriented and genuinely seems happy to serve and I appreciate her so much she's amazing!!!!!

  Every one does a great job at this car wash, Ive had a great experience overall with the staff, except for one employee who does a half-ass job. He doesnt like to clean the rear bumper or window, he does minimal brushing in the front. I asked him to do it, and he refused. He wouldn't give me his name, and was very combative when I asked for him to clean the rear, and he caused a scene in the tunnel. He is lazy and doesn't like to work. I don't know he's name, but he is a very large oversized male, brown hair, glasses, and looks sloppy in his uniform. I reported him to his supervisor who was very kind and understanding. This car wash is great, and they don't need slackers like this guy on their team.

  Signed up for the unlimited pro package under the 50% off for 2 month package. Had the worst water spots forming on my vehicle for the last two weeks and found out that I was actually being given basic washes for the pro price. It has totally messed up my paint. When I told the guy at the wash, he was pretty dismissive and rude and didn’t help resolve the issue quickly. Or even apologize. He just handed me a card to call main customer service. They didn’t apologize either or understand the issue. They didn’t even fix it either, just made a note in the account for someone else to follow up later. Just wash your car at home.
