The car was its self was okay but the vacuums never work. The other day they had 5 spots open but none of vacuums were working. I asked the worked and he said they had to be turned off. Mind you he had just signed me up for a membership but didn’t mention that.

Quality of the car wash has slowly diminished over the last several months. I pay for the unlimited package and post $30 or so a month just for half the water sources working and less than half of the vacuums working. My scanning card didn’t work and it run the young attendant while to come and help. He was polite just slow then the young man at the entrance sprayed my car in the front, scrubbed half my window, started the machine and left. I got the monthly plan because I liked the customer service, the wash was good and great vacuums. Unfortunately that’s not the case anymore.

This place was ok when it first opened. I bought a Premium membership but the washes are very inconsistent - I seem to be getting basic, or they do not maintain their equipment. The pre wash is now very dismissive/minimal and you have to wait for the single employee to notice you. I will be seeking some sort of refund since I haven’t been getting what I purchased, and the I will find another facility.
