  Signed up for the unlimited pro package under the 50% off for 2 month package. Had the worst water spots forming on my vehicle for the last two weeks and found out that I was actually being given basic washes for the pro price. It has totally messed up my paint. When I told the guy at the wash, he was pretty dismissive and rude and didn’t help resolve the issue quickly. Or even apologize. He just handed me a card to call main customer service. They didn’t apologize either or understand the issue. They didn’t even fix it either, just made a note in the account for someone else to follow up later. Just wash your car at home.

  Dude said the cheapest was was $18 when it is actually $12 on their website. This is why this community is one of the worst in America. Scamming/upcharging locals because no one has any integrity, morals, or values. I had a line of cars behind me so I still paid $18 but I will never support this business ever again. Im sick of it.

  Wow, I'm extremely impressed how great this car wash cleans. I have been with A Key for years and they don't clean as good as Zips. I'm glad I switched to Zips plus you can use Zips in other locations. A KEY doesn't have that. I was annoyed with A Key setup. The line is always long and its crowded. I don't have to deal with that nonsense anymore.

  Made the mistake of buying a year membership without trying it first. Now I’m stuck using this place. I go every day on my way home to get my moneys worth. 4 out of the 7 day there will be no spray bottles or all bottles are empty. Vacuum nozzles are always broken. The actual car wash sucks and leaves the truck dirty still and damages my paint. I don’t recommend anyone using this business. After asking why there is no spray the answer is people keep stealing them. Not my problem, I should get the services I paid for.
