  We have a membership, yet it’s been twice that we’ve come well before 8 and it’s closed. This time, the vacuums were shut off, but I was able to run my car through. It’s false advertising if you guys don’t actually close at 8. Tons of customers came by as well and found that they couldn’t use your services. At least start giving discounts to your subscribers if they can’t use services if maybe your machines are down for the month or something.

  They never had towels to dry and it seems like i need to go through 2 times just to get it clean. Guy didn't even try to clean the windshield with the brush. So why pay extra for a good wash when they don't do what they are suppose to. Plus the vacuums never work

  What’s the point of closing at 8pm, if you’re shut down by 7pm? Vaccums aren’t on, trash cans picked up. Ridiculous. Would’ve been nice if the attendant would’ve gave a heads up.

  I love going here the service is quick and the staff is awesome 👏 I amend you guys for working in this heat !! Thank you guys !!! The pre rinse guy is the best !!

  Half the time the actual drive through car wash has all of the running features as advertised; for example I paid for a premium wash and as I was going through it, I noticed I only got a basic plus(I know the difference as I’ve been coming here for quite some time )The other half you’re basically just getting their lowest level wash even if you paid for premium. Some of the guys seem to have pretty bad attitudes, but the women are always really nice and helpful. Don’t expect the grill of your car to be cleaned very well Whatsoever as the pre-wash is very lackadaisical, and the wash itself is pretty Weak .Half the time the vacuums work, And the other half the vacuums are not working. There’s never any spray bottles or microfibers and again the bad attitude show up when you try to ask for help or assistance with the services that are broken or not being used properly. When you drive up, they make it unnecessarily hard for you to just pay for a car wash and drive-through, you have to sit there and wait for them to walk out to you from the office and then the guys don’t even say good morning or hello before just rambling some numbers that you don’t even know their meaning. Had significant troubles with their membership plans as well and the RFID, but I put that more on corporate.
