  Unfortunately the only car rental franchise in Clovis. The app will let you book a vehicle only to find out that they are “sold out”. This has happened three times prior. Another concern is the fact that when I confirmed my future reservations with George, he said that he could NOT find any. So I went to my emails as George said that all he needed was the dates. I gave him the dates, which are 2 separate dates and 2 different reservations. I asked him why couldn’t find the reservations at first, and he said that the reservations were under a different phone number. SO I looked at both my email and text messages, AND WOW—-I have the two reservations under MY PHONE NUMBER, not a different phone number. I was told not to worry, my two future reservations are now confirmed. Unfortunately, I am worried that once again my two future reservations will not be honored. Is this just maximize profit, or another way to blame the app and corporate? I never had any issues with any rental car companies 25 years and 100’s of reservations. Also, this location is the only Enterprise location that I have to present my private auto insurance policy number, as they claim it’s the local franchise policy, not the corporate policy, and this location requires the customer to give their personal auto insurance rather then the customers credit card insurance, which is the only time at any Enterprise I had to do so. I can deal with the hold on my AMEX, but it’s beyond frustrating to constantly get the complete runaround. I will update this review once my future reservations actually happen, and NOT another (wrong phone number/you never confirmed). I am beyond disappointed with the excuses and not results. If another Enterprise franchise opened up in Clovis, it would no doubt bury the current franchise and management. It’s frustrating to hear the local office blame the app and Enterprise for the problems. I am NOT a person who wants to leave negative reviews and feedback…but just think of how much profit you would make if you took the responsibility to make the customer experience better. I think I know the answer, it’s the only rental car agency in Clovis, and corporate just does not care to update their software or train their employees, that represent the corporate name. Don’t take it personal, it’s only business.
