If | could give 0 stars I would. They broke my camera mount and taped it back on. They were no shows for 3 appointments after that. Shame on me for giving them so many chances. They never answered their phone. If I had a time machine I would go back and go with another company. Please take my advice and go with another company. They will ruin your car.

Absolutely the worst business I've ever been to. They never answer the phone. They came to replace glass took out the camera created massive error codes and left it taped to the windshield. Is created massive amount of error codes that did not exist before. I said I have three other appointments with them and they never showed up. Call Liberty and they directed me to another shop. The other shop said that they cannot do anything for me because the camera was taped and not secured correctly. Stay away from this business because they're crooks. Poor customer service for workmanship stay away. You will be much better off

I would not choose Safelite auto glass. I made an appointment about a month ago to get my windshield replaced and it took them 4 1/2 hours and I ended up having to leave my car overnight because I was across town and I got a call less than 45 minutes before they closed. Then I went to the Santa Fe location not even two months after my windshield had been replaced and my assumption is my windshield was under warranty which it was not, and when I called for an update on my car, the customer service lady completely lied to me told me that my windshield had been replaced, and then it was under the calibration process, and my car would be done within an hour and a half I got a call about 10 minutes later saying that it was not under warranty that is not what happened. There is a chip and that can be fixed for $184. The guy at the shop was completely baffled that the customer service lady somehow got this information, but it was only him and one other employee at the shop today and neither of them had spoken to a customer service representative

On July 1, 2026, a technician named Jonathan from the Juan Tabo location replaced the windshield on my vehicle at my office.
On July 2, 2026, while driving on the highway, the pillar trim/molding on the sides of the windshield detached and began flapping in the wind. I made a same-day appointment and brought my vehicle to the 8300 Jefferson St. NE location for an inspection. The technician at Jefferson St. confirmed that the trim/molding had been broken during the windshield installation and that the original technician had attempted to glue it back together using Safelite adhesive. He assured me he would contact the Juan Tabo location so they could order manufacturer replacement parts at their expense.
On July 22, 2026, after hearing nothing, I called customer service for an update. The representative confirmed that no replacement order had ever been placed and she emailed the Juan Tabo branch directly.
As of August 11, 2026, I have received zero follow-up or resolution from Safelite. The lack of accountability and communication is unacceptable. This 1-star review will remain until this matter is fully resolved to my satisfaction.

Extremely disappointing and unacceptable experience with Safelite.
I had an 11:00 AM appointment to replace the windshield on my Tesla and dropped the vehicle off around 10:30 AM. I was told it would take approximately 2–3 hours. I received no call or update.
After several hours, I checked my Tesla app and could see that my car had been sitting there with the doors open and the A/C running. I tried calling the location, but nobody answered. Since their posted hours showed they were open until 5 PM, I ended up taking an Uber there because I had to get to work.
When I arrived, my Tesla was sitting wide open with the A/C blasting while an employee was sitting around talking with another employee. When I explained that I needed to leave for work, I was told, “Sorry, I’ll get it done quick now.”
The employee then rushed to finish the job. When I got the vehicle back, one of my windshield washer/spray nozzles was broken, one of the moldings was not properly installed, and there was black adhesive/tar-like residue left on my dashboard and headliner.
But the biggest concern was the calibration.
The employee told me he could not recalibrate the Tesla’s cameras because “Tesla wasn’t responding” and that Tesla was taking too long. As a result, my vehicle was handed back to me without the camera/safety-system calibration being completed.
That is extremely concerning when dealing with a windshield replacement on a vehicle that relies on cameras for important safety functions.
I brought my Tesla to Safelite expecting a professional windshield replacement and to have the vehicle returned to me properly completed and ready to drive. Instead, I had to take an Uber to the shop because of the lack of communication, found my vehicle sitting open with the A/C running for hours, and received it back with broken parts, improperly installed trim, adhesive all over the interior, and incomplete safety-system calibration.
I will be escalating this to Safelite Corporate and expect them to take responsibility for correcting the damage and completing the required calibration.
If you use this location, inspect your vehicle extremely carefully before accepting it back.
