Spent over an hour in line with two cars in front of me. Half of the garage was closed and when I finally got my vehicle in two of the staff members said they were done and went down below to take a break. The gentleman that helped me did a great job but also took numerous breaks. Was in the bay for close to 45 minutes for a single oil change.

One of the “waiting” cars wasn’t even a customer — it was a shop vehicle they decided to prioritize over everyone else. So actual customers were pushed aside for no reason.Out of the five people working, four were glued to their phones, talking nonstop, and not paying attention to anything. The picture I took says it all. I have NEVER waited an hour for an oil change at Valvoline, but this location somehow made it happen.While they were supposed to be working on my car, they kept wandering off to talk to each other. And the conversations weren’t harmless — they were literally mocking customers, talking trash about people’s cars, and being openly disrespectful. It was unbelievable.Slow, distracted, unprofessional, and absolutely not worth the time or money. This will be my last visit to this location.
