  I am deeply concerned about the safety standards and customer service at this location. I only returned today to use a customer-satisfaction gift card from a prior visit, during which technicians broke a component connected to my oil pan and allowed me to drive away despite my repeated warnings that the vehicle was leaking.Unfortunately, today's experience was equally problematic. When discussing the previous vehicle damage, the technician offered to install new wiper blades, strongly implying it was a courtesy gesture to make up for the prior incident. However, at checkout, I discovered I was being charged for them. Using a past service failure as an opportunity for an unauthorized upcharge is highly unprofessional.Furthermore, the safety inspection was handled deceptively. My dashboard indicated that all four tires had vastly different, unbalanced air pressures. When I asked the technician to balance them, he stated it had already been completed. When I pointed out that the dashboard numbers had not changed, he dismissed the issue by claiming the pressures would adjust while driving. They have not.The technician also appeared visibly impaired with heavily glossy eyes, which, combined with his dismissive attitude toward safety checks, is incredibly alarming. I now have to spend additional time and money at a separate tire shop to ensure my vehicle is safe to drive. I strongly advise management to review the safety protocols and employee conduct at this branch

  I went there this morning because my coolant was low and they topped me off for free!! I was a little low on cash and that was very much appreciated. Thank you guys for such a blessing. Keep up the good work!! I'm coming back when I need service for my vehicle.

  I went in for a oil change and the guys that helped me were AWESOME!! They were VERY FRIENDLY and HELPFUL!! They were also SUPER FAST!!

  ​I chose this location because it was convenient, but the experience was a bit of a letdown. I was told that I should take my car to a mechanic for a specific engine sound before getting the oil change completed. As an owner of an older Kia, I know these models have a bit of "chatter," and my mechanic has already checked it multiple times and confirmed everything is fine. ​It felt like a bit of an overstep for the shop to suggest I leave and see a mechanic first for a standard service. I’m wondering if Valvoline is training employees to prioritize these kinds of diagnoses over completing the requested oil change. I think it’s better to advise the customer of a sound as a courtesy, but still proceed with the service. I ended up going to another shop to get the job done, which was an unnecessary extra step in my day.
