Ask the tech if a engine light with a known code would be a fail on emissions test. Tech told me he didn't know and the only way to find was to do the test. Got scammed out of 37$. Techs already no that the emissions test will fail for an engine code.

Always a good experience and really like you don't get out of your vehicle...in and out within 10 to 15 minutes depending on services needed.

I will be returning!! This is my new place after just one visit today. Very impressed. Nicco and Alex were amazing. Not only did they do what I requested, they also explained what they found and gave honest recommendations. As a woman, I have stopped going to other places due to how they speak to me. I learned something today as well as being respected. Top notch service. I will be back. Thank you so much!!

They took care of my oil change & at 430 before closing at 5 they put in a new battery. I told them I could bring it back since it was almost closing time & they had a few other cars waiting but they said no problem we can do it. Service & the guys there were very nice & efficient. Kinda expensive but worth the excellent service. Thank you!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Alex deserves MORE than five stars! This morning I had a low tire and was rushing to get my daughter to school. I stopped at Discount Tire next door around 7:15 a.m. There were employees there, including a supervisor, but because they didn’t officially open until 8:00, I was told he wasn’t “on the clock” and therefore couldn’t help me—even just to put some air in my tire. Instead, I was told I could wait until 8:00. 😳 Then I met Alex. Same morning. Same low tire. Same woman asking for a little help. Completely different response. Alex didn’t make excuses or tell me to come back later. He saw that I needed help and simply helped me. He was incredibly sweet, professional, and genuinely kind when I was already stressed about getting my daughter to school. That experience says everything about customer service. Policies and business hours are one thing, but how you treat someone when helping them would take only a few minutes says a lot more. Alex earned my gratitude, my five stars, AND my future business. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Discount Tire next door, on the other hand… you had the perfect opportunity to earn a customer before you even opened your doors—and instead you sent her directly to someone who did. 👀
