If I could give this location zero stars I would. Not only was I disappointed when I was informed this location was out of oil for my vehicle they tried to “upsell” me on a higher priced oil. I refused and said I’ll just go to a different location. The employee here without apology said okay but did wish me a good day. When I arrived at a different location I was asked by JUAN TABOs location employee if I had just came for tramway location without them having knowledge I was just there prior (unless it shows on their computer I don’t know). And I replied with yes I was just there they said they were out my cars oil. And they replied with “that’s weird because they actually just received their oil delivery today,” while also sharing with me other specific situations from other customers experiencing the same issues. I understand that I may not know if that information is true or not but I was highly discouraged by that information and refuse to ever return to this tramway location. Not only was JUAN TABOs location employees very pleasant they also apologized for your guys TRAMWAY location and the inconvenience. Therefore I will never return to this location and advise no one go to this location if this is what is happening at this shop to “try” to upsell higher priced merchandise or let alone feed your customers false information in hopes of a customer paying more for something they shouldn’t have to in the first place. As a female this is why I hate going to any type of auto shop to begin with. Thanks to the JUAN TABO location for the awesome service!!!!

I asked for a full service oil change. They changed the oil, and that was it. I went home and looked at the receipt and it states that all the fluids were checked, and that windshield washer fluid as added; however, none of these services were performed. They just changed the oil and told me that was it. I checked and my windshield washer fluid canister is empty. I ask for a refund for all the services which were alleged to have been performed, but which were not.
