This place took me on a ride literally. I was over charged for services that weren’t even performed. My vehicle isn’t running right but I have exhausted my efforts with them . I paid them thousands only to find so many flaws in the work. I don’t trust taking my vehicle there any more. I am seeking another professional to work on my vehicle at this time. Be ware of shiesty companies. I will never be back and I hope people are informed about mechanical work done by workers with attitudes. Every time I went it was another thing and another thing until she left me broke .

Long story but I brought my car there when it didn't start one day. They took two weeks to diagnose and fix two jobs which ultimately didn't get it running again. I got it back and it died in traffic 3 separate times. Each time i brought it back to them and each time they said it was good to go. One of the times it they thought it was because a hose was loose. That hose was not loose before they worked on it. Careless attention to detail to say the least. I am consulting real professionals now and it was misdiagnosed from day one. Things happen. BUT during one of the 2 times i brought it back I stood at the counter 5 feet away from Rene while she stared at here computer and ignored me. Mind you we were the only two people in the room at the time. After the second time bringing it back my calls were ignored. I had my girlfriend call from her phone and she was answered immediately. That time they tried to install a $333 battery and didn't even mention price until i got there. Surprise surprise the battery was not even the issue. Yesterday when going through this Rene said to me to my face "We did nothing wrong". My car dying in traffic this morning would beg to differ. This is not professional in terms of trade or costumer service. In any case there is a surprising amount of legal recourse for situations like this which I am actively pursuing. The owner told me id be receiving a call from them at 1:30pm. It is 3pm. Feel free to give me a ring Auto Clinic.

CANT BE TRUSTED....SERVICEMAN STOLE MY BELONGINGS!!
I called and wanted the car serviced there because the previous owner went there so I figured they would know their own work. Spoke on the phone with Jim and he said he would look at it free of charge and diagnose what I needed done. I never mentioned the warranty, which I knew was void due to reselling of the car, and a woman in the background was very rude and overtalked the man I was speaking with. My husband took the car to the appt and the woman said there was a $200 charge for the service and was very rude and dismissive to my husband. Would've paid it but not at that point, he was mad at how she spoke to him. I called and still decided to take the car in for service......big mistake. The man who serviced it didnt know how to put my car in drive and STOLE out of my vehicle. They said the service i had done wasnt needed but they did it anyway, knowing that i am trying to figure out whats wrong with the vehicle. The woman was rude and over talks EVERYONE....and poor Jim is there, stuck with these bad service people.

My daughter just moved to the area she needed some repairs to be made to her car. She was fortunate that The Auto Clinic & Transmission was near her residence. She made an appointment to have the fuel pump repaired but the mechanic diagnosed a more immediate problem that involved low oil or loosing oil. After that repair the mechanic discovered that the wrong fuel pump was installed on the vehicle from another shop. They replaced it with the correct part. My daughter says her car is running great now. The communication from Renee in the front office was on point. Thank you all at the shop for giving me (Dad) and my daughter piece of mind, we will be returning when her vehicle requires additional maintenance.
