  The staff at this Sixt branch have been exceptionally friendly compared to other locations I’ve visited. As a frequent diamond member, I prioritize excellent customer service, and this branch exceeded my expectations. From the friendly staff at the front counter to the person at the exit and the one at the return center, everyone was attentive and helpful throughout my rental experience

  They use dynamic pricing, driven by corporate greed. Even mid rental. They also use AI and foreign customer service, so issues take twice as long to resolve. In short Sixt keeps getting worse.

  Miles and Dom were absolutely great, from beginning to end, we were treated well and they went above and beyond with customer service!!! Vehicle rode well and very comfy. Loved it!!!!

  We had a positive experience with SIXT at the Albuquerque airport. The vehicle (a Hyundai Venue) was clean and met our travel needs even though it was a different model than expected. We probably could have asked for something else more in line with our expectations, but the model was perfectly satisfactory so we were happy to drive it. Our only complaint about the vehicle itself was that the windshield wiper blades were in desperate need of replacement; they did not adhere to the glass very well and were terrible in the rain. We only encountered a single, very brief shower during our travels, but in prolonged rainfall, the wiper blades could easily pose a serious danger to future renters. We brought this to the attention of staff when we returned the vehicle and she said she would log it for replacement. Hopefully she followed through on this given the safety concerns. The staff were all very welcoming and attentive both at the point of pick-up and return. Great service from all, however the online customer service experience was another story. While asking a question, the AI chatbot failed repeatedly to connect us with a human agent. It even promised that if we logged off due to the wait time being too long, our question would be replied to by email by the next available agent. This never happened though and no reply was ever received. Not the end of the world, but perhaps the AI chatbot should be trained not to make promises it can't keep. Overall, still very satisfied. We would rent from SIXT, and particularly from this location, again.
