  Auto glass was perfect for us to have them install our new windshield. The convenience was that I didn’t have to drive over there and wait for them to finish because I do not have an extra car, but I love the convenience of them coming to my house which was perfect thank you

  Horrible experience. They don't have what you need in stock. They took money from my card without my permission when I was already paid in full. I'm still waiting for my refund of money taken. This was at the Jefferson store.

  Person disappeared and I got no tint or I t s really llight... unlike before. Unsure if I got new wipes like I ordered.... AND there were glass crumbles still in the vehicle.

  I took 2 of my cars in one week for glass replacement. The front office & service techs were kind, attentive, and helpful at the Jefferson NE location. The work was well-explained beforehand and afterward. And the work was professionally done. The price seemed fair for what they did for my 2, old cars. My 2005 had a shattered back window (a thrown rock). The tiny pebbles of glass were everywhere inside the car & they took the extra time to vacuum all of the shards. My 32-year-old car had a 20-year-old, round 3/4-inch-target-looking-crack that expanded into a 2-ft-long front windshield crack. Again, they were kind about my car, even calling it classic with a shifter (and they knew how to drive a standard). Over 2 days with the 2 cars in their waiting room, I spent 4 or 5 hours doing my "day job" usinf their chairs and table. Their waiting room is exceptionally air-conditioned and a good place to write notes, read or work on my laptop. The price seemed fair, I paid out-of-pocket, and I would recommend them to a friend. (I did "pass" on the offered winshield-wipers which seemed a high price to me.) Driving away in a car(s) with completely clean windows and nicely vacuum floorboards felt great!

  My first ever experience with Safelite AutoGlass was positive. I received clear, direct communication before the installation. The technician, Marcus, did an excellent job. On time, no surprise costs and I could conveniently schedule the appointment online. Thank you, Safelite!
