  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an outstanding experience with Satellite AutoGlass! I originally stopped in just to have someone look at my windshield and tell me whether it could be repaired or if it needed to be replaced. Joe, the store manager, immediately came out to take a look and was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. One thing I really appreciated was that he took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand without ever making me feel talked down to. Unfortunately, women are sometimes treated like they don’t understand anything about cars, but that was absolutely not my experience here. Joe explained what would be involved in repairing the windshield versus replacing it, answered all of my questions, and never made me feel rushed. He handled all of the insurance paperwork for me and was even able to get me in right away, which made the entire process so easy. I also asked about my windshield wiper blades, and instead of trying to sell me something, he took me back, showed me exactly how they were wearing, and gave me his honest recommendation. I never felt pressured to buy anything, and that kind of honesty is so refreshing. A huge thank you to Ased, the technician who completed the work. He did an excellent job, was professional, and made sure everything was done right. From start to finish, the customer service was exceptional. Joe and Ased made what could have been a stressful situation quick, easy, and genuinely pleasant. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Satellite AutoGlass to anyone needing windshield repair or replacement! My first image is before and the second is after!

  I had a side door window repaired. They broke part of the door carrier. They did not tell me about it. Instead they tried to JB weld it and then told me to the replacement went fine. I discovered it within the 30 days I was unaware warranty would cover them breaking my truck and then lying about it. When I submitted information to the customer service within the 30 days letting them know I spent over $300 of my own money and five hours of my own time to repair it correctly. Their response was that I didn’t follow the warranty process, no acknowledgment of their complete lack of integrity as a company. And that was their training manager. They sure taught me a lesson. Next time I’ll be sure to use the warranty process at any other glass company but them. Why on earth would I take my truck back to someone who lied about it to then have them break it some more?

  The local store, and all of their staff were awesome. The corporate website or trying to get somebody on the phone is near impossible, but that is not the fault of the local store. Highly recommend them. Even though I had an issue with the mobile service, they immediately gave me options and took care of me the same day! Kudos to the store manager and staff!

  First time they came out my window broke and it wasnt covered. Second time they said they will be here 12-5, stayed home for 5 hours for them to show up 2 hours late! Repair was done and the seal on the bottom of the windshield was pulled up and pushed back instead of taken off and now its all messed up. Looks very ugly.
