- SHSusan HurleyOct 2, 20261.0I got my windshield replaced at Safelite. They screwed up my Eyesight system, which controls the adaptive cruise control. I took it in for recalibration, but all they did was look at error codes. No error code, no issue for them. They told me my only recourse was to take it to the dealer and if the dealer says Safelite screwed it up, they would "cover my costs". So you screwed up, but I have to take my time, drive 20 miles to a dealer, pay for service, and hope I get my $ back? Nope, you lost my business, Safelite.
- GMGlen MartinezOct 2, 20262.0This site was my worst experience at Safelite to date. They couldn’t calibrate my windshield with my sensors. I waited about 4 hours. Took it back a second time and they said it was all good. I drive at night and my lights don’t work as before. The store manager never called me even though I requested it multiple times and witnessed the tech put it in the notes. Got text messages that work was being preformed 10 minutes before they said it was done. So no updates obviously. Not enough staff to support clients on the weekend. No one to great or answer questions at the front desk. No real system as they just move cars into a 2 bay garage 3 deep to make it seem like they are working on it. 1st cars in are trapped and you need to wait for 2 cars that came later are completed before you get yours. A poor layout and lack of thought in this system. Safe time and stress, go somewhere else

- MCMarcos Castillo (Chic)Sep 17, 20265.0Safelite did a fantastic job replacing my windshield! I also opted for a package that included a new set of windshield wipers, which was a great added bonus. Thank you for your excellent service and to all the employees who handled everything with such care and professionalism. I truly appreciate your hard work!
