  My wife inadvertently left her purse in the rental car and we did not discover it until arriving at the airport. We took the shuttle bus back to the rental lot and the employees there were very diligent in helping us locate the car even though it had already been transferred to the service area. The purse was retrieved!

  We arrived after 1am and were not able to pick our car up. Shuttle even brought us to the pick up spot but worker was putting cones out to block exits. Told us we would need to come back the next day. We had to pay for a Lyft to our destination and will pay again tomorrow. Poor info on website

  I showed up to get my car and there’s none available. About 20 people waiting to get their cars. Pretty terrible guys.
