National is by far my favorite place to rent a vehicle. They have good rates and make it super simple!

Rented a car from 9/28 to 9/29. Just got a bill for 4 days because they just now processed the return. Completely unacceptable...actually on closer inspection of the paperwork that I received, they haven't even processed a return which means I will probably get another email telling me I've now had it for 5 days... it's a good thing I randomly decided to take a picture of the vehicle which I never due. Due better Albuquerque National!

I left my 20 dollar phone charger in the rental. I went back to the rental agency and the kid who chose to help me found it and SPRINTED back to me. I literally had no choice but to tip him 5 bucks. 💀 Amazing hustle, bro! I know you didn't expect a tip but you ran like hell!

Overall good experience. No one at the National counter when I checked in, so someone at Almo took care of me. He was not friendly whatsoever and couldn't wait to get back to scrolling on his phone. The National employee outside was pleasant and helpful. Car was fine. Woman at the exit/ check out booth was very rude and lacked communication/customer service skills, but idk if she works just for National, so not counting that against them for this review.

Always a smooth pickup with National ABQ. We were thrilled on our last visit to find 5 Civics sitting in the Emerald Aisle…great mileage, easy to park, and all the safety features I’m used to on my daily driver.
