The reason for super-low 2-stars rating is techs/whomever drove my white car out to front after done, got dirty oil on all 4 of my door handles AND ON my light tan leather steering wheel (just has car detailed and know it wasn’t there before). I asked for $20 credit for what I now have to do myself after their “begrudging” wipe down. No credit offer except for 15% to come back (umm, no) or they offered to clean the spots with their solvent (also NOT gonna happen). I don’t like to throw anyone under the bus but this is simply not acceptable, Jiffy Lube - You can and should do better. Helpful clerk/tech wrote my number in the invoice for manager to see … I will update this review if I get acceptable resolution. Sorry - forgot to get photos.

He is there to make sure to accommodate and help what the customer really needs... Not like other places who is always have an angle to make profits even though customer dont really need it. Every shop needs to be like this. True to the customer and do what's is right. You guys got a lifetime customer from me. Two 👍🏻!!!
