I promise you will get robbed n it is practically impossible to get this off your car they are charging me $300+ monthly with bi-weekly charges of $138 n straight up lie to you saying you will only have the recalibration fee. They are liars and scammers. So š please take your money else where's it is insane and I highly recommend not getting your interlock with this company!!!!

I had to call in 24 time throughout a period of 4 weeks and the day after my calibration of 60 dollars, I was sent an affidavit. Once filled out and all information sent back, I was sent a receipt of proof that my account would no longer be charged. The next day I was charged a service fee and lease fee. Called in to understand why I was still be charged and was no provided with any answer as to why and that I would just have to pay it. This company took about an extra 200 dollars from me after my removal was approved. After fighting tooth and nail, staying on hold for periods of what seems like days, transfers to surveys after being told I would be transferred higher up, they finally decided to give me a call after paying my account in full to tell me my account was not paid up and I need to get in good standing. If you ever have to get an interlock in your car. Please, understand that this company will run you dry even after your interlock has been returned in good condition. If you are ever find yourself in a position of needing an interlock, please do your research and chose a different business to handle your interlock.
