  I was disappointed with my experience at this dealership. The staff were not very helpful when I brought my vehicle in, and I felt like they were more interested in overcharging than actually helping solve the issue. I later found out the repair they quoted me for was nearly 4 times higher than what it actually cost to fix elsewhere. I understand repairs can be expensive, but this felt excessive and dishonest. I would recommend getting a second opinion before agreeing to any major repairs here.

  I would not recommend galles. We brought a 2019 traverse. We got the warranty. Transmission went out . They have had our vehicle for over a month. It's still not repaired. Today we are told they have 13 vehicles ahead of ours. Our warranty does not cover a loaner car. Galles At least offer to pay the month car payment Looks like we SOL. And we wait again. So very frustrating.

  I've gotten my last two vehicles at Galles. Our most recent experience was exceptional. Bernie was so kind and helpful. He made sure we got the vehicle we wanted at a price we could afford. He made us feel heard and was very communicative and honest throughout the whole experience. I would definitely recommend Bernie and Galles for all your Chevy needs.

  I was planning a trip for the weekend for Mother's day. Called Cadillac on Thursday to get in for servicing. They told me it was by appointment only and they were taking appointments for the following week. Called Galles at around 11:45 they gave ma an appointment for 12:00. I already switched to Galles from Unreliable for my Corvette kinda got me thinking about my Caddy GM is GM

  I went to this dealership after going to many others looking for help on a possible turbo charger replacement for my Chevy equinox. Of course the dealership needed to run their own diagnostic however, reports no loaner car could be given until after that was done, which takes 2 to 3 business days. The receptionist I spoke to said there are loaner cars available though so if after the diagnostic I would require a loaner car, they could handle that. When I drop my car off, I asked about the loaner car and timing again and was told the diagnostic test will only take one day, but that they don’t have any loaner courses or do that anymore. I had just moved to the area three days prior and did not know anyone so was looking for some other options or solutions as I would not have a car for at least a week if it needed to be repaired and no one was very helpful or compassionate on trying to help. I ended up having to Uber to and from rental car companies and rented a car multiple times.
