I had an exceptional experience today at Galles Chevrolet in Albuquerque purchasing a brand-new 2026 Chevrolet Trax ACTIV for my mom. From beginning to end, the entire process was easy, comfortable, and genuinely enjoyable. Edo and Ramiro were both incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional. At no point did we feel pressured or rushed into making a decision. They took the time to answer our questions, explain everything clearly, and made sure we felt completely comfortable throughout the purchase. I especially want to recognize Ramiro for the outstanding help he provided with my purchase. He was patient, knowledgeable, personable, and made the entire experience feel effortless. It is refreshing to work with someone who focuses on helping the customer rather than simply trying to make a sale. Most importantly, my mom absolutely loves her new 2026 Trax! Seeing how happy she was made the experience even better. Thank you, Edo and Ramiro, for making this such a positive experience. Galles Chevrolet definitely earned my business, and I will absolutely be a repeat customer going forward. I highly recommend asking for Edo and Ramiro if you are looking for a new vehicle in Albuquerque.

I was eyeing a vehicle for while at this location. I called and made they had it available with Alyssa. When I showed up, Anthony met me outside and was very welcoming. Anthony was not pushy at all, he met us where we were at in the process and made sure to give us 100%. Throughout the whole process, Anthony was great. He was able to bring back an ideal offer and sealed the deal. Even after the purchase, Anthony checked in to make sure we set certain things up and even settled any issues we had. I would recommend Galles Chevy and Anthony to anyone looking for a vehicle. Thank you!!

If this store's goal is to create a hostile and disrespectful environment, they succeeded perfectly. I visited recently, and it was obvious that making me feel unwelcome was entirely intentional. It is clear that this business is committed to ensuring certain people feel disrespected and treated with blatant unfairness. They provided exactly the terrible level of service they seemed to intend from the moment I walked in. If you have an issue, don't expect them to care. They refuse to personally address situations like this and have absolutely no desire to turn a bad experience around. Save yourself the trouble and don't even bother reaching out to their Assistant General Manager, Walter Altaro—he won't help you. I will never return, and honestly, I am sure they hope to never hear from me again. Avoid this place at all costs.

Huge thank you to Eddy Blea for making the purchase of my new Silverado such a great experience! Eddy was professional, helpful, and straightforward throughout the entire process. He worked with me to make sure everything went smoothly and made buying the truck easy and stress-free. I really appreciate the excellent customer service and would definitely recommend Eddy to anyone looking for their next vehicle!
