  Purchased a certified used car here; when I had car trouble and I recently brought it to the shop, it sat for 2 weeks before I was told it would be another month before they could even look at it. 6 weeks minimum to run a diagnostic was what they were offering. The salesperson I bought from wouldn't return my call, and the shop doesn't answer their phones. Had to have the car towed elsewhere, and even that was a pain in the ass because the shop wouldn't answer their phones in order to arrange the tow. Huge waste of time and my money while I'm renting a replacement.

  The service was excellent. The customer service was horrible, I got there about 12:30 or 12:45 there was no one at the counter several people came in and out but never acknowledged me. The manager came into the area did something then left, he came back so I asked him if there was anyone here he said she's at lunch so he finally ended up helping me, which felt like an inconvenience. I was there about 15 minutes without any acknowledgement so disappointed.

  Negative experience from start to finish. When I dropped off my vehicle the advisor seemed to be rushed and get me out quickly. I was told my vehicle would be looked at in 3 or 4 days. I dropped it off on a monday and didnt hear back anything the first week. I text the number I was provided to get updates on my truck. I got no response. The next monday I called to get na update the operator told me my advisor would call me by end of the day. I didnt hear back. So I called back on Wednesday and was told she was off. The operator was apologetic and friendly. She said she would leave another message for my advisor. I called back on Friday as I had not heard back again and the operator I guess spoke to the advisor and said the truck was still being inspected and would call me back when they had an update. I was told the truck had been looked at since monday. I then got a call on the next monday August 10 by my advisor. No apology or concern for attempts to reach her. I was told nothing was found and the truck was ready. I then went to pick up the truck on Wednesday evening and the advisor working there was very rude. I walked in, while he was on his cell phone. I waited about a minute before he stopped looking at his phone as asked if he could help. I told him I was there to pick up my truck, and he quickly asked if I was told it was ready. He acted as if it was an annoyance that I was there so late. He asked me name and then walked off. Didn't say to follow him or anything. Then walked to the door opened it and looked back at me and gestured with his hand to go inside in a rude manner. Got inside and again he asked my name. Had me sign 2 papers and only said someone would bring my truck up. The customer service i received was terrible, and very disappointing especially since the reason I bought my truck from Galles was becuase of the grest service I got in the past. It was very disappointing. To make matters worse the exact problem i took it in for (the problem the technician supposedly couldn't duplicate after driving it for 14 miles), happened not even 5 miles from the dealership. Galles most likely lost a customer and will not likely recommend it to anyone else.

  So far disappointed since making appointment doesn't mean what you think it means the appointment is just the chance to drop off your vehicle, they give me an appointment on Saturday and I would have to be with out my truck between 4 to 7 days just for check engine light on inspection i decline i brought it back today Monday and still they give me a number with a technician that is off today what's the point of dropping the truck if the technician is not even here I'll update this post once I get service

  Deal On My Second Truck In Less Then A Year Was going Great Till The Deal Was Done. Then All I Got Was Lies from The Managers. Took Forever just to get my second key fob. Also it Took 6 weeks for them to get me a temporary registration still waiting 7 weeks later for the real one…They Blame MVD. I Went And Bought A Jeep Jk Xash And The Garcia Group Had Me My Registration And Tag In 2 Days… Also No Communication At All From Anyone. Took Me Several Calls And Showing Up Just To Get Things Done and Like I Said Still Isn’t Done 7 weeks after deal. Be Vigilant If You Want To Deal With These Guys. Sad To Say I Probably Wont
