- LCLaurie CSep 5, 20265.0The BEST customer service experience ever! I’m a truck driver and was parked up the hill at Loves truck stop and immediately did not feel safe or comfortable up there. So I got on the phone and called this location, store #689. James Mowell answered and told him my situation. He was very polite and asked me to hold on the phone for a minute while he got his manager Rodrigo Sierra. When Rodrigo greeted me on the phone I explained my situation to him. He immediately asked me to hang on the phone for a couple minutes while he went to go check on a parking space for me. He came back and and said there were two. I told him I’d be there in 5 minutes. When I arrived I called to let him know I’m here. I found the space he had mentioned and to my surprise her had it reserved for me! Rodrigo stayed outside while another driver helped to make sure I parked safely. I then went in and met with Rodrigo and met James. They were both very nice and happy to be so helpful!! If I could give Rodrigo 10,000gold stars I would. I can’t thank him enough for what he did for me!!
