I only Fuel at Pilot Flying J only because the company I drive for sends me there on a fuel solution. Pilot Flying J is the my last resort for shutting down at. They're restrooms and showers are filthy. They're customer service is rude. They allow drivers to camp on the fuel islands to take 30 minute breaks and showers plus coffee refills are over priced for nasty coffee. The worst truck stop chain ever.

If possible, please try to complete the construction work in the truck parking area as soon as possible. Right now, most drivers are having difficulty finding a suitable spot and parking their trucks. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

It is a very big and busy stop. It has a lot of showers good food and a Dennys. There are a lot of free parking but the parking are a bit tight. The store is well equipped and there are many showers. I was 8 in the list but I just waited 15 minutes to get a shower they are fast and professional. The showers were clean but to be honest small. I guess getting a fast shower is better then waiting for a long time. The staff were friendly and helpful. The water pressure was OK not great. There was a big and clean lounge for drivers.

What is going on at this location?? I really needed to use the restroom after getting fuel. But both of the men’s rooms were disgusting. The maintenance employee was out there cleaning around inside the store like he was avoiding the restrooms like the plague. I ended up just going down the road and using the facilities at the love’s instead. Was so bad I actually took pictures to post on here. One of the stalls had a sign on the wall saying no tp, with a roll of paper towels next to the toilet. Trash and urine all over the place in the other stalls. Look like neither of the men’s restrooms had been cleaned in hours.

I don't normally review convenience stores or travel centers, but I had an experience here that I feel warranted it. I happened to be out on the west side of Albuquerque and stopped here to see if they had anything I wanted. I found a couple of things and got in line to check out. There were two cashiers and both had problem customers monopolizing their time. Seeing a line developing not one, but two other employees jumped on registers to get people checked out fast. I really appreciated that they cared enough to make the effort (shout out to James). I'll give a good review to anyplace that is well run and cares about the customers. It's pretty large and well stocked as well. If you need something while travelling, I'd recommend it.
