I recently rented a vehicle from Enterprise Rent-A-Car at the Coors Westside location in Albuquerque, and I wanted to take a moment to recognize Ellie for her outstanding customer service. From the moment we arrived to pick up our rental, Ellie was extremely polite, professional, and welcoming. She greeted us with a genuine smile and a positive attitude that immediately made us feel comfortable and appreciated as customers. What impressed me even more was that Ellie happened to assist me again when I returned the vehicle. She actually remembered me from the initial pickup, which made the experience feel much more personal. Once again, she was friendly, welcoming, and every bit as professional as she had been during our first interaction. To top it all off, Ellie went above and beyond by giving me a ride home, saving me what would have been a 3.5-mile walk. That simple act of kindness meant a great deal to me. Having spent many years in the hospitality industry, I recognize exceptional service when I see it. Ellie demonstrated exactly what genuine hospitality is all about: making people feel welcome, valued, and cared for. Enterprise should be proud to have Ellie representing its company. Employees like her are the reason customers return and recommend a business to others. Thank you, Ellie, for making my experience such a positive and memorable one. You truly deserve recognition for a job well done!
