    First car they gave us had to be taken back due air conditioner not working properly. Also the radio station would randomly change to another station and the traction control would come on for no reason. So the next car seemed to be fine until the day we needed to return it. The car would not start. I called enterprise and agent came to house and said it had a dead battery. He did not bring jumper cables and said it was up to us to get the car jumped and if we got it back before noon the next morning he wouldn't charge us for an additional day. (Why is it our responsibility to get the car jumped) We did get it started and the entire drive back to enterprise had a warning on dashboard that something was wrong with the car. This was the worst experience ever and it will be a cold day before I go back to Enterprise.

    I tried calling twice on Saturday make sure they would have a car, reserved by my insurance, noone ever picked up the phone. My husband dropped in on Saturday and was assured we could pick up a car on Sunday when I was able to get there. I called corporate on Saturday after I couldn't get through to a branch, they assured me that I could get a car on Sunday. I go in Sunday and they tell me I should have made an appointment and there is no car available. No one picked up the phone at the branch and corporate did not mention the need for an appointment, nor did they mention an appointment would be necessary to my huband in-person so I did not make one. Corporate on Sunday shows that the branch should have a car for me. The branch states all available cars are reserved and had nothing for me. The manager dismissed my concerns and did not offer anything but an appointment during the work week which means I will be missing work to account for their company's errors. I am happy to go through the proper channels, if they are communicated, however in this case Enterprise dropped the ball in several places and it is putting me and my family in a bind.

    We had booked our rental through booking.com. The day before our reservation we called to discuss some concerns we had with the trunk space. Employee told us we could come into the lot to try to see if our luggage and double stroller would fit. Day of reservation we came in three hours earlier to see if the items would fit, we confirmed they would. Employee told us that the van we were putting the luggage in would be ours at the time of reservation. Fast forward to our reservation time and we are told that they gave our booked van away to someone else. I don’t understand how multiple cars are booked and yet they give the reserved ones away to someone else. No accommodations were offered whatsoever. Book at a different location always! We will never book here again. ALSO, YOUR EMPLOYEE ADAM AT THIS LOCATION IS DISRESPECTFUL.

    IF I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE ZERO STARS I WOULD!!!! This specific Enterprise location was an absolute nightmare to deal with. I have used Enterprise multiple times over the years and have never been treated so poorly at any location. I normally rent from the San Mateo location and have always had an amazing experience there. This time around, my personal vehicle was in the shop, so I had been through a bit of a journey trying to get a reliable rental. Before yesterday, I had already gone through two rental cars from the San Mateo location due to vehicle issues. Despite the inconvenience, the San Mateo staff were always helpful and professional. After picking up the second replacement vehicle, everything seemed fine — until yesterday when the car would not start. I had to jump it just to get moving. Roadside assistance instructed me to limp the vehicle to a nearby Enterprise location because of the holiday, so that’s what I did. Before heading there, I specifically called this location to confirm they had vehicles available since the original location was closed. I spoke with Adam, who confirmed they had cars available, though not SUVs. I told him that was completely fine because I just needed something reliable to drive. When I arrived, the manager, Brianna (I believe that was her name), immediately told me they had no cars available. I explained my situation, and she said she would try to help. After waiting around 25 minutes with no updates, I politely asked for the status. At that point, she became very aggressive and told me they did not have any cars and that I would either have to wait or somehow get back to the original pickup location — despite the fact that the car I was driving could barely move. Thankfully, the manager at the San Mateo location, Travis, went above and beyond to help me even though I was no longer at his store. That man deserves a raise. He called around, worked to find a solution, and eventually secured a vehicle for me at the airport location. Meanwhile, I continued sitting at this store for another 40 minutes waiting for confirmation that the airport vehicle was ready. During that entire time, nobody at this location communicated with me or provided any updates. Then around 6:30 PM, after all other locations had closed, one of the younger employees came over and told me I had to leave because they were closing. I was forced to wait outside in the heat while sitting in a vehicle that could barely idle properly. The manager walked past me multiple times and never once acknowledged me or offered any assistance. Eventually, Travis informed me the airport vehicle was ready, so I limped the broken rental over there myself. I wanted to ask this location for a ride to the airport, but nobody would even speak to me. I finally received a replacement vehicle at the airport — with absolutely no help from this location whatsoever. This location is a disgrace to Enterprise and should seriously be investigated. The fact that I was kicked out of the store while simply waiting for a replacement car after being told to come there in the first place is completely unacceptable. The only positive part of this experience was Travis and the San Mateo location, who actually cared and worked to help solve the situation.
