  I'd been rear-ended Memorial day. Part of my claim included a rental while my car was in the shop being repaired. Enterprise's service was kind, efficient, and seamless.

  How do I properly explain what Lauren and Taylor mean to me? During an extremely stressful month of my life they were there with options, solutions, and kindness. Truly 10/10 don’t think I’ll ever have a better rental or even customer service experience. For anyone reading this — be nice to the humans who are helping you behind the counter!!! They’re doing their best with what they have. Xo forever.

  Detailing chick with cornrows had a meltdown cuz I was parked in the wrong spot. Didn’t bother to come to the door and ask to move just laid on the horn. THERE WAS NOWHERE ELSE TO PARK! Low class of employee.

  Was treated like a sub-human, despite being a resident of Ambuquerque with a NM DL, and a great job, I was not allowed to rent a car because I didnt have a UTILITY BILL for my address. My landlord pays tbe utility bill. My lease agreement wasn't good enough and the customer service people are there to treat you like a criminal.

  I rented a car a month in advance, but when I went to pick it up, it wasn't available. I wasted over three hours waiting for a solution; they eventually gave me a different car and promised a $130 discount for the time I lost, but they haven't followed through. I'm still waiting for them to honor that agreement
