  So we don’t accept debit cards to pay? We have to have a credit card? Wasted my time, but thankfully it caused me to find another business closer to home. Been with enterprise for 8+ years but I ask myself, why?

  Checking the car out and checking the it back in was quick and simple at ABQ. Both interactions with the staff were friendly, professional and they were quick to get us on the road. I have been using the alternative rental app the last few years but Enterprise has been comparable and sometimes even less expensive the last few times.

  The Enterprise car rental staff were all extremely polite, respectful and I could not recommend them more. It was the first time we’ve rented a car before and John at the front desk made it super easy and understandable. Skyler helped us out while picking up the car and he was great, polite and had a great attitude. Both John and Skyler were the best and I could not recommend them more! We will be using Enterprise the next time we are out here in New Mexico.

  My reservation was “placed onto a “wait list” and 29 people are ahead of you””… sorry. and “you might get a car within a few hours, but maybe not”. “I agree this policy is bad, our other locations in town do not have this policy”. It was 8:30pm and I had to drive another 90 minutes to my bed. I had been traveling since 6am. One flight was delayed and I even called Enterprise to let them know. My pickup time was 5pm. I went to another rental car company who told me they see this all the time with Enterprise at Sunsport airport. Sickening, heartbreaking, stressful, rude, Bait and switch, false advertising. All of it. Never again for Enterprise for me and Ive been loyal 30 years.

  When I arrived, there were no cars and there were quite a few people ahead of me. The young man worked diligently to get each of us what we needed as quickly and efficiently as possible. He stayed calm, friendly, and patient as more people arrived to clamor for their car. Though I did not get the type of vehicle I booked, he offered me several upgrades, but I was happy with a Nissan Sentra that was available. The car performed beautifully over a long journey through the Southwest. Gas mileage was excellent. I appreciated the quick and friendly service I received at drop off.
