  The guys at this office are AWESOME! We had a bit of a rough road trip to California with car troubles and a HORRIBLE experience with enterprise in Arizona and enterprise customer service. One thing enterprise should look into is having a customer service office that is here in the U.S and that speak clear english. Due to the language barrier with customer service our agreement got cancelled on day 2 of our 6 day trip by enterprise and did not allow us to get a replacement vehicle in Arizona. I was able to call these guys and they were able to un-cancel it so that we could get a replacement vehicle. The guys in this office literally saved our trip and were able to get us back on the road even though we were in another state. I wish I remembered the name of the branch manager, but him and his team are literally the only reason I will once again go through enterprise. These guys don't get enough credit for what they do.

  Reserved a truck a week in advance. Came to pick up said truck and they wanted to put me in a minivan. Dont bother with reservations they wont hold their end. A day later, still no truck(at any location in Abq!) Customer service is atrocious! I've rented numerous vehicles including a 90k Rubicon without needing two proofs of residency or a cc. Oh yeah and they make sure your electrical/gas bill has a zero balance owed to rent a gotdamn minivan. Dont forget that only allowed to run your card once in a 24hr period. I will never try ro rent from an Albuquerque enterprise again. What a complete waste of time.

  Happy people and wellness for professional we really took care of me got me into the vehicle I got in a car accident they made the transition to the new vehicle very smooth and I really appreciate it thank you guys very much

  If you where in a accident and insurance is covering your vehicle whether you are at fault or using your own insurance be careful renting here if the insurance stops paying your rental enterprise will suck money right out your account and put you in a bad spot if your barley making it day to day not only will they suck money out your account if there is any balanced owed due to the insurance stops paying for a rental you will be liable for that charge so make sure you know the insurance company you are dealing with let’s you know when the vehicle is paid up to if the body shop or mechanic shop is not done on the date provided you will be dealing with a headache because enterprise or the insurance could care less about you and the situation you are in so of money is tight and you pick enterprise for your rental be aware of this or you will be having to deal with phone calls for weeks to get your money reimbursed the truck I was in needed to be serviced as well so if your renting for a family trip make sure the vehicle is serviced check the spare make sure there is air in it before you hit the road or better yet pick another rental company I’m sure there all the same but watch out for this if it’s through a insurance company you will have a headache dealing with the mess I was in with State Farm and enterprise

  Returned my rental on July 6. Taylor gave us a ride back home. August 6 there was a $25 Enterprise charge on my card. Enterprise customer service said it was for a citation on the rental. Turns out it was a speeding ticket west bound on Central Ave. The video evidence is from the back of the vehicle not showing the driver. Well it was Taylor not me. They hadn’t checked the vehicle back in before giving us a ride home. 46 in a 35. I paid the ticket 106.95 and the $25 Enterprise fee. 131.95. Corporate customer service and the Enterprise citation dept were helpful until I wanted reimbursement. Not worth fighting in court. No more Enterprise. Corporate accountability was non existent. Edit: The “Owner response “web address is the customer service I originally contacted. Enterprise has every bit of information needed to solve this problem, but the “Owner bot” advises to contact the department that didn’t help in the 1st place. Make it make sense.
