  I had to call this Enterprise location twice regarding my rental, and despite my efforts, I was completely ghosted. No one followed up or provided any communication about my concerns. This level of customer service is extremely unprofessional and disappointing. When customers are ignored after reaching out multiple times, it shows a lack of respect for their time and business. Reliable communication is one of the most basic expectations when renting a vehicle, and this location failed to meet that standard. If these unprofessional practices continue, it's difficult to see how this location will maintain customer trust and a strong reputation. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this Enterprise location.

  We have rented car and vans from Enterprise for over 30 years. Sometimes we traveled for only a day and other days for weeks to travel all over the US. We have been very pleased with the polite and dependable services we've been given every time!

  Make a reservation but that doesn't mean they will have a car for you. Waited THREE HOURS to get a car along with a lobby full of other people. Enterprise makes NO EFFORT to meet the number of reservations they have. It's just rental roulette that they will have a car for you. Tell them repeatedly not to text you and you get texts. Texts say reply STOP and you won't get more texts. You reply STOP and you continue to get texts. The staff is OK but the Enterprise thinks customers exist for THEIR convenience. Cost us half a days pay to get the car we reserved a week ahead of time. EDIT... rely to owner 6/15/26 I have already wasted too much of my time and money with Enterprise. Not inclined to waste more. Most of the negative reviews Enterprise gets is for POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NO CAR AVAILABILITY FOR RESERVATIONS so YOU know all you need to about these problems BUT it seems that Enterprise doesn't care.

  I was told I could check the phone, then TWO HOURS LATER, they said “actually, you’re not checked in you’ll have to wait an entire day after your reservation to get one” really did not work. Do not rent from them unfortunately terrible location, not reliable. Go elsewhere with a non-enterprise company if you don’t want to waste your time.

  I had a reservation that was set 2 weeks prior to pick up a car. Showed up the day of reservation at 10a and was told they were cleaning some rentals and getting them prepared. I was not given any time expectations. I ended up missing 2 other appointments because I was im their lobby for 2 hours. They only checked up on me once, they told me the next car was mine. 2 cars were pulled over and 2 other people were called before me! What is the point of telling me im next if I am not. Honestly terrible expectations and experience. I have never had to cancel other appointments and now im guaranteed to be late to my sister graduation. Don't recommend booking at this location unless you have 2:30+ hours of free time. (Update) im still waiting, another person walked in and was given a car before me.
