  I scheduled a pickup at 8:30 am several days in advance, then called and confirmed it the day before. The rep asked me to call day of when I was ready for pick up, which I did at 8:15. They didn’t come. I called at 8:55 when no one had come to get me and waited on hold for over 10 minutes. Then I told the rep that I called 45 minutes ago and it’s 30 minutes after the pickup time, he said that they just brought in someone from the auto body shop where I had scheduled the pick up… so they picked up the wrong person or half the people they had scheduled to pick up lol I expressed some frustration about not getting picked up when I had scheduled, confirmed, and then reconfirmed, the rep didn’t seem to think it was a problem, since they picked someone else up from this same place. I’m still at the auto body shop waiting for a ride. Close to an hour later. Gonna miss my next commitment. If you need to be picked up on time, maybe go with another rental company.

  Rented from this location twice during car repairs, and both times the staff stood out for how great the interactions were. I also really liked that they give rides to/from the repair shop. I had no issues with the cars.

  The employees at the Montgomery office were very professional. They had a good selection of vehicles and office was very efficiently run.

  Great experience at this location. Everyone was very helpful, both at pick-up and drop-off. Not to mention, the car itself was great. Will definitely be back to this specific location for any future rental needs! Thanks. Jake
