I reserved my vehicle 2 weeks ahead of time and when it came down to the date of pickup my rental , they told me they didnt have a vehicle available! They didnt even bother to send a email or a call regarding the cancelation. I was left without a car two hours before I had to leave out of town for a funeral . Very disappointed. They didnt even offer any type of help either .

After 6 weeks of numerous calls to Enterprise, I am no closer to getting this double charge refunded. Very poor service. Will never use Enterprise again.

The rep asked me to call day of when I was ready for pick up, which I did at 8:15. They didn’t come. I called at 8:55 when no one had come to get me and waited on hold for over 10 minutes. Then I told the rep that I called 45 minutes ago and it’s 30 minutes after the pickup time, he said that they just brought in someone from the auto body shop where I had scheduled the pick up… so they picked up the wrong person or half the people they had scheduled to pick up lol I expressed some frustration about not getting picked up when I had scheduled, confirmed, and then reconfirmed, the rep didn’t seem to think it was a problem, since they picked someone else up from this same place. I’m still at the auto body shop waiting for a ride. Close to an hour later. Gonna miss my next commitment. If you need to be picked up on time, maybe go with another rental company.
