  Had a great experience with employees from Enterprise Rent-A-Car on Montgomery N E, Received a reay nice car and they were professional. kind, polite, funny, great conversationalists and although many of us there they apologized for the wait as they were very busy. Each individual had the full attention once wanted on and all were happy with experience from what I Witnessed.

  Had a reservation well in advance. Show up and there are 3 people ahead of me without cars. Was told it would be half an hour. Literally an hour and a half later, I’ve given up and am getting a ride home from a friend. Maybe the fact that they had no cars wasn’t their fault and people held onto cars for too long, or something (although that is hard to believe since so many people are here without reservations and no cars). But even if they find themselves in that situation, call the customer before they get here and let them know so they don’t waste 2 hours! Or, maybe give an accurate time estimate instead of just saying half an hour when it’s clearly several hours! I’ve absolutely never had an experience remotely like this at any rental company and will never be using enterprise again.
