Update: It has now been 24-hours, no response. Unless the below auto generated message, "check the useless Customer Support" web page is supposed to be responsible care (NOT) - like pointing out a lake 1,000 miles away to a dehydrated person, on foot, like me - stranded.
The Customer Service is very poor - see Consumer Affairs page, it's 10:1 UNFAVORABLE REVIEWS, pretty telling.
Enterprise Car Rental just continues to disappoint.
Terrible Experience!!! Misinformation from the two male Reps. No help from NM Reg Mgr (Alex). Left stranded. No help from Corp Cust Srv (still waiting on callback 4-hrs?). No help from local staff who screwed-up. Besides, having no car on site - their second misstep. Upon being told in-person, 2-months earlier, that a Debit Card was now accepted, but failed to mention only using a NM DMV ID - but in this case, completing a Corp Advantage Pgm join, a pre-reservation, pre-pickup App, their accepting the Card, Driver ID, Insurance all valid/active (prior confirmed in their system) - no bueno? Would not complete the transaction, while I'm standing there with an 8-hr trip ahead, appoints preset, family expecting me and zip. No car - either on site, or allowed "per policy" now way after the fact. Who does business like this and lasts? Hopefully, they will be literally driven out of business. Oddly, local NM Hotels "reject locals" with NM Driver IDs, since they are problematic - what a joke of an environment, maybe call out the National Guard (for a third time) to get things straightened out? Will never do business with this group or Enterprise again. Done. Note: At short notice, AVIS / Budget had a 3-person waiting list for today, now 4 - no thanks to Enterprise mess and pathetic mishandling all of their own doing. From Corp to local, they are failing to serve the customer - shame on them.
