  Great experience they explained everything in detail and were very kind at the San Mateo and Osuna location. Dropped off vehicle at Sunport location and the worker there was very nice also. Will definitely use Enterprise in the future.

  We needed a car while we waited on our car. We got to Enterprise on San Mateo at 7:30am , and we were treated so nicely . Ethan was a young guy who gave us water and his politeness helped set our mood for the day . We even had great conversations about gas & newer cars vs older cars .   My experience at Enterprise Rent-A-Car at San Mateo was great from start to finish. I rented with Enterprise while my car was being repaired and everyone was very helpful - they did not have a rental set aside for me when I got there but between my insurance and the gentlemen who assisted me, we were able to get me into a vehicle pretty quickly. I also followed up after I found out the repair would take longer than originally estimated and the person I spoke to got me updated over the phone. I also appreciated the young man who picked me up and dropped me off once my car was repaired. The experience was terrific all around.

  We needed a reliable rental car for just one day while our vehicle was in the shop. From start to finish, the experience was smooth and professional. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. They got us in and out quickly with no hassle, explained everything clearly, and made sure we had exactly what we needed. We rented a Kia that was in excellent condition — clean, great on gas, comfortable to drive, and completely reliable. It handled beautifully around town and made our day much easier while we were without our own car. Enterprise continues to be our go-to rental company, and this location definitely lived up to the high standards we expect from them.
