  We have a phone company work truck with an extendable bucket mounted to an Ford F-450, the hydraulic hoses burst so we searched and contacted Clark Equipment, after explaining our issues, we handed them the truck for an estimate, 2 weeks later, we had our estimate and approved the work, 2 weeks became 1 month and we tried to contact for an update but had little luck in receiving an answer, after 2 months and phone tag, we drove to them to ask about the hold up, we were given the sad story of "we have been so busy", it was after that meeting we received a renewed commitment to finishing our truck, 3 months later, we picked up our truck in working condition.

  Does your truck or fleet vehicle need a New Year's upgrade? If so, Clark Truck Equipment is THE place to go! Why? Parts (A+): Clark provided everything I was looking for to make my F250 more capable of handling the demands of my 110+ acre ranch. Communication was easy/clear and prices were very competitive, even with online stores. When a question arose about the price of one of the major components, the price was reduced to match other major retailers. Service (A+): In addition to installing the upgrade parts at reasonable prices (custom bumpers, 15K LB winch, bed tool box), my 5th wheel hitch ball had rusted in place. The service manager said "We'll take a look at it." When I picked up the truck, it was fixed! I don't use it a lot, but that hitch ball sticking up out of the bed was threatening to trip me up! Now, I can use the entire bed for hauling, too. Most importantly... Compassion (A+++++): My winch suddenly stopped working (motor running, cable wouldn't retract, drum freewheeling). The problem turned out to be extremely minor ("operator error" -- failure to read winch operation instructions completely). It was fixed quickly and handled in a way that didn't leave me feeling like a dumb bunny. I really appreciated that, as the issue was a simple one (although not entirely obvious to me). So, if you want to upgrade your work/4WD/project truck (and/or enjoy hearing friends and family say "WOW! Your truck is a BEAST!" then call Clark Truck Equipment of Albuquerque. You'll be glad you did. Sincerely, William
