  Ordered a part online because it was the only one they had. Ordered it for same day pick up. The email said I had to have the email it was ready to pick up the part. 10.5 hours later I call the store to see why I haven’t received the email. I was put on hold for about 15 min. I was then told they don’t do that just come in and pick it up. I asked to cancel the order and be refunded and I was hung up on. So will no longer be using autozone. Thanks guy!!! Great job!! 🙄

  It is insane how the area of San Mateo and Zuni has affected these employees. I live in the Inez area and usually go to the hub store on eubank but occasionally have to go here for parts. Went in, stood in line and got called up. The cashier was so scared and jumpy I had to calm him down and keep reassuring him that everything was ok. Had to keep repeating myself over and over on the part number I needed. Even got told that I needed to keep behind the counter even though I was just leaning against it trying to figure out what was wrong with this dude. If you guys are having this many issues hire private security before we all just end up going the route of having our parts delivered and all you have is warehouse workers

  Kind of rude, not very helpful, but I needed items and cannot beat Autozone's prices and convenient locations!
