The curly haired young white kid working on zuni at 2 pm is a lazy person, need to replace him, he doesn't like his job everytime, me, my wife or sister come in this Lazy kid has a bad attitude and NO customer service skills at all!! The rest are very helpful, he just doesn't want to help anyone and when you come to him he says he's tired or bad day everytime I come to this store 1 or 2x a week, I'm not the only one that feels this way,many others do too!!

Donavon S. shouldn't be working while under the influence. Dude stunk of marijuana and could not properly do his job. He did everything incorrect. Gave me someone else's random receipt and not mine. And tells me "I don't know that's how all that came up, if you want a manger you can get one" Manager came, wanted my receipt, I gave her the receipt and money he gave me. She said that's not the right receipt and he didn't do this and that's why you didn't get your full refund. WOW! And they're aware he sucks at his job. Bad bad service.

If I give this negative stars I would I genuinely had the worst experience ever in an AutoZone at this direct store. I went in looking for a relay for my car and once walking in, I was met with a very rude man who told me I was not looking for the right part I was completely wrong and that we should do a diagnostic. I agreed to do the diagnostic and upon we walking out to get the diagnostic done the man could not find where to put the part on and asked me if I could do it for myself and that’s when I told him I could not, and upon going into the store not to mention he couldn’t even spell my car correctly, which I had to give him and spell out for him, and then he goes to the manager and the manager is completely rude to me and tells me that I’m completely wrong and they want me to pay for a part that’s almost $125 and I told them no, and I wanted to buy my other part of my car and they told me I was wrong and almost refused to sell it to me, but I was able to buy the part and install the part and it fixed my problem.
