  Absolutely fantastic experience at this AutoZone. I went in just to pick up some windshield wiper fluid for my car when Luis, the awesome store manager, offered to help put it in my car. I accepted and as Luis was putting the windshield wiper fluid in the car noticed how corroded my car battery was. He offered to check to see if my warranty was still valid inside to see if we can replace it. Once we checked and saw that it was still valid he took out the old car battery and replaced the new one. Not only did Luis help me install the windshield wiper fluid, but he helped me avoid a car battery issue. I’m incredibly grateful for his knowledge and kind customer service.

  I had a huge nosebleed and the worker didn’t even care. They were cold. I wish your new name that I don’t but today I came back to AutoZone cause my Cars AC was broken Chris . L Was a huge help he helped us fix our AC and it works fantastically and we will be able to go to Denver safely and Not sweating to death recommend thank you shout out to Chris.   I had a great experience being helped by Luis at yesterday. I came into the store looking for a part and he was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to make sure I got exactly what I needed. Even when I wasn’t sure of the correct part or had limited information about my vehicle, he was patient, asked questions, and quickly found the part.

He actually took the time to listen to what was going on, diagnosed the issue, and made sure I left with the exact components and tools needed for the job. His customer service is top-tier—he's incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely wants to help you get your project fixed right. It’s rare to find that kind of dedication. 5 stars all day, and I’ll definitely be coming back to this location because of him!"

  Louis C store Manager helped me tremendously! Went to AutoZone on Carlisle that treated me very unfair and had a attitude so I went to AutoZone on 4th and the manager there went out of there way to make things right hence why I posted this review. I can appreciate solid customer service! Thanks again. Any company would benefit from solid workers like the ones at this store, automotive is lucky to have these guys running the show!
