  I came up there on this past Sunday to get a power relay for my CRV. The cashier who helped me was rude. First I told him which relay I needed. He started hitting the table and keys saying there’s a whole different ones do I have it? it’s easy to take out did I bring it with me and I told him no and then I repeated which one I needed .he rang me up and everything and then didn’t even give me a receipt so I had to come Back because I was looking for a tool. to take out the relay you had this one black guy working there he’s running to the door to check out girl and he just kept talking to me telling me about how hard it is to find a job. I don’t care. I just need help. I went back on Monday to return the Relay. I still haven’t got my money back. And you have two cashiers deciding which one was gonna help me I don’t know if it’s a racist thing a sexist thing or I just don’t wanna help you thing. but I’m never coming up there again and I want my money back and you need to find like workers who wanna help people

  "Bob" was having a mental health bteakdown at wotk, lying to customers, after a very rude interaction with him where he lied and tried to make me order online, for something he could have done easily, the customer after me went out screaming cursing him calling him a liar, and a nasty man. I went outside and talked to that guy, he was extremely normal, but thought "Bob" was being racist because of his nationality and skin color, I told the other customer, im as white as "Bob" and he was just as nasty to me. He also lied to me, and was very rude to me too. This "Bob" the tall skinny bearded white man who works there, has been nasty to me before, this time it was worse. He needs anger management, or a job where he doesn't feel so pressured dealing with the public. I went to the candalaria store, and luckily they helped me with what I needed, with none of the lying BS this guy tried to pull, to get out of doing work. I called another manager named Robert, left him a detailed message, who never bothered to call me back. After a week, you get this review, how hard would it be to call someone back? I guess its Oreillys which is closer to me, and the gentleman are always professional in there.

  Everyone working at 1428 Eubank Blvd NE, Albuquerque, NM 87112 was very helpful and patient. I was there at 1:40 on 5/21. Did a great job explaining the oil and filter specials. Well stocked, clean, organized.

  The worst autozone in the country! I was on a road trip with my friends and my friends titan blew the radiator. We started working on it in the parking lot (as it was really the only option) and were harassed by the bald store manager. He came out and was rude from the get go demanding no coolant was on the ground (we had already planned to clean up with cat litter). He went back inside where our other buddy was buying a sun shade and they were insulting us behind the counter. Wouldn’t recommend this place to even my worst enemy, save the trouble and go to the one down the street.

  Directions were spot on. But the traffic was nutz. AutoZone is so unprofessional it's crazy to tell someone the time to be there and your there and they call you late wow, bully much.
