The worst autozone in the country! I was on a road trip with my friends and my friends titan blew the radiator. We started working on it in the parking lot (as it was really the only option) and were harassed by the bald store manager. He came out and was rude from the get go demanding no coolant was on the ground (we had already planned to clean up with cat litter). He went back inside where our other buddy was buying a sun shade and they were insulting us behind the counter. Wouldn’t recommend this place to even my worst enemy, save the trouble and go to the one down the street.
Directions were spot on. But the traffic was nutz.

Worst experience ever at an autozone. While I was at work my wife wanted to help so she went get a battery but while she was there an assistant asked what she needed help with, she showed him a part number for a battery that was needed, in a condescending manner made her feel stupid for being there also keep insisting that he needs the vehicle info despite her giving him the exact part number, he belittled her and found info to use. After the sale was complete she asked for help loading it into her car (she’s 4’11” has physical ailments) he scoffed and said I’m busy while she can see another person playing on his phone. So her being frustrated with no help hurt her back loading the battery into the car while they watched. Good group of employees they keep.
I went in today to return the core with the receipt (another employee I’m guessing) said he can’t do the core charge return because I didn’t have her debit card used to purchase it. Extremely frustrating.

On 3/18/2026, I entered the store to purchase DEF fluid. As a Disabled Veteran on medication, I politely asked the tall, slim, older gentleman if I may use the restroom. Before I could finish my request, he rudely interrupted me and stated "No!" in a hostile tone.
When I moved to purchase my product, this same gentleman ignored me, walking away to the back, and continued to ignore me upon returning. A second employee eventually assisted me at the register. When I asked the second employee to use the restroom, he told me to "go use it at Subway."
I was treated with extreme disrespect, rudeness, and discrimination. As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with dignity, particularly when requesting basic accommodation.
