  Dude named Lorenzo was so honest and helpful while selling us products, didn’t try to oversell and tried to find us the best options. Received great advice at this auto zone from him, definitely recommend because of the great staff.

  Horrible experience. You can call and get confirmation that they have things and the minute you get there they don’t. Avoid.

  Clerk didn't bother to help us figure out or look up what AC refresher thing to purchase. Then proceeded to be rude when getting info for the rewards. Did it find my account under my phone number? Idk the clerk didn't say anything. Then I got treated like I was dumb for trying to use the tap to pay when they literally didn't tell me that the tap to pay doesn't work.

  Called this AutoZone asked about buy 1 get 1 free chevron gas treatment was it still available he said yes drove there just for them to say no Thx for wasting my time and gas Jack As.......
