  Michael was extremely helpful, friendly, and professional! He helped me replace my battery and got it done quickly and efficiently. I really appreciated how knowledgeable and helpful he was throughout the process. Also, thank you Mia, who was incredibly patient and kind as well. Both Michael and Mia provided excellent customer service, and I truly appreciate their help. Thank you both!

  Michael was great. I came in needing a new battery for my mom's car. Another autozone location told me they couldn't install the battery because they couldn't remove the cover. I went to this store and told Michael so he had me show him and he basically said "no problem". He got me my battery, installed it amd had me on my way in about 20 minutes. I was very satisfied. Sucks that I even had to get a new battery but I was happy with the service.

  Michael helped guide my husband and I to change our headlights bulbs which were extremely hard to get to. He could hear in my voice I needed help when I called and said to come in right away and he could help. He was so kind it really touched my heart that someone would help us cause so many other places would charge a fortune or couldn’t because it was too hard to reach. We will go here for all future parts (: thank you so much for being so awesome

  Michael was super helpful. We struggled to find someone to help us with our complicated headlights and he guided my wife through it since she has small hands and we were able to fix it for less than $40 !! Thank you so much. Spent a whole 30 minutes just to help us while making sure everyone inside was helped as well! Best autozone in the us.

  August 7 I pulled into the Autozone on Bridge Avenue. My 2012 Ford F150, which has over 150,000 miles was having overheating issues. I knew I needed a new thermostat. You associate at this store Monique. Was very very helpful. She found the correct thermostat, and they came back into the store because I was working on my vehicle in the parking lot. And the thermostat did not come with a gasket. She checked and checked and finally found the right gasket for me. I got a gallon of antifreeze. Installed the thermostat added the antifreeze. And it was on my way down to elpaso. I wanted to write this report about Monique. The world would be a lot better place if we had more people like Monique in it.
